We would highly recommend the team at Michael’s. When we first instructed them to sell my parents home, we where impressed with their professionalism and straight talking. Mum asked how long will it take for an offer and they said between 3 to 4 weeks. It took two.
We had a bereavement in the middle of the sale. Which they dealt with fantastically keeping everyone informed and giving us time and space. Then chancing everyone to get the sale completed while dealing with a very trying solicitor.
We can not thank you all enough for everything you’ve done.

From start to finish, the service from Michaels was absolutely outstanding. The whole process can be stressful at the best of times, but they genuinely made it as smooth as possible.

A special mention to Jo who went above and beyond throughout. Communication was excellent, they were always approachable, proactive, and kept us informed every step of the way. When our solicitor was unfortunately very slow and poor with communication, Jo consistently chased updates, kept things moving, and often told us what was happening before we heard anything from our own solicitor.

Without their help, patience, and dedication, the process would have been far more frustrating. It honestly felt like they were the only ones properly on our side, making sure things didn’t stall completely.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael’s and especially Jo to anyone buying or selling a property. An absolute credit to the company.

We met Kieran for a viewing as first time buyers, we had a really pleasant viewing. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to look around without any pressure. Thank you!

Kieran was very attentive and showed us around 2 houses one after another. They were realtively new builds and he did well with the limited information he had and passed on questions he didn’t have the answer to for further enquiries. He was personable and overall the experience and professionalism from Michaels has been very good.

Although the appointment was rescheduled it was only by 15 minutes and they called me well in advance to confirm the new time. The agent, Kieran was very professional and friendly and gave helpful information about the property. I also appreciated the brochure with full property details I received at the end of the viewing - nice to have something in hard copy for easy reference.
