I decided to do something completely different with letting my property in leamington spa and use a letting agent in Coventry called Up Estates.

For the past few decades I have used Leamington Spa estate agents and decided after hearing how resulting charlotte hemming had been with a friends property I decided after also seeing how competitive Up Estate Agents in Coventry were was to approach Charlotte hemming at Up Estate agents in Coventry.

I was blown away with charlottes and elena’s tenacity and determination. Charlotte immediately took control and the stress of letting the property out away from me. She provided a beautiful brochure, as well as prospective tenants immediately and even when it looked like one was about to fall apart, she sourced more tenants and in no time at all the property was let.

Charlottes and Elena’s communication and updates were really informative and strong. They are both absolutely brilliant property professionals in their field. I will be recommending charlotte and Elena at up estates agents to everyone! Thankyou ladies for doing a great job, 👏 Louise

Katie Proctor has been absolutely fantastic throughout our renting process. From the initial property viewing right through to collecting the keys, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

Katie communicated clearly at every stage and was always quick to respond to any questions or updates. When we met her in person, she was even more friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

My wife and I were working against a very tight moving deadline, but Katie went above and beyond to help us secure the property and receive our keys in less than two weeks from the viewing date.

The team is very professional! I have been renting with them and just finalised a purchase. Although the process was very long and stressful, the sale progressor was our first point of contact and have been communicating with them better than our own solicitor. She kept us in the loop with everything and was always there to assist. Defensively a professional team, excellent service. Will recommend to everyone.

I’ve been using Up Estates for full management of my rental property for over three years now, and I’m very happy with the service.

There have been quite a few issues with the property over that time — as there always are with lettings — but they’ve dealt with everything quickly, sensibly and professionally. Communication has been clear, problems have been followed up properly, and I’ve always felt the property was in safe hands.

A particular mention to Chloe, the Lettings Negotiator, who has been excellent throughout. She’s responsive, practical and easy to deal with, which makes a real difference.

Just sold my second home through UpEstates and once again they handled the sale with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout. Becky and Aliya in particular were standout members of staff during the viewings and offer stage, with Emily then handling the sales progression efficiently and ensuring everything moved smoothly and was thoroughly explained. From accepting the offer to completing took around 10-weeks and this was in large thanks to Becky and Emily's persistence! The initial photos and service were also fantastic and the wider team were all very friendly. Would recommend!

Having self managed my buy to let property for over 20 years I decided with all the new Renters Rights changes to put my property in the hands of Up Estates to manage.
