Kieran was punctual and took us round the two properties we were exploring with a great sense of professionalism. He answered all our questions and when in doubt reached back to the office for clarification. Thank you Kieran for the great job.

After 2 other Colchester agents fell way short of what they were supposed to do, i came to Michaels and never looked back. Lee and Jo kept me well informed with regular updates, with no failed promises and total transparency. Should i move again i would go to Michaels first next time. Thank you to all staff, i applaud you.
