Called Michelin roadside assistance and was told that they would have a tow truck to me within 90 min. No one showed up. Called Michelin back and was told that no tow truck was dispatched. They then said that they would have a tow truck to me in 45 min. No tow truck showed up. I called them back and I was disconnected. I called back again. The service is absolutely useless. I will not be purchasing Michelin tires again due to this.

ho un renault trafic III 2017 (autovettura)lo scorso anno ho montato delle Michelin agilis cross climate 215/60 r17, il peggiore acquisto della mia vita, oltre al costo da rapina, con strada aciutta ottime, ma bastano due gocce d'acqua per farle scivolare come su ghiaccio, tanto da far slittare anche accellerando in TERZA! non oso pensare sulla neve!!!!!! dovreste vergognarvi vendere queste gomme è un'attentato alla ricurezza delle persone

Excellent max performance summer tires. If you have a performance car and live in a warm climate I recommend the pilot super sports. They are great in dry weather and excellent in heavy rain. They look good and are high quality. Your car will be stable on the highway and secure around the curves. Beware though that they will get hard and noisy once the temperature gets below 60 Fahrenheit. Never allow them to go near 40 degrees because they will get damaged. Good luck

Ho voluto dare fiducia al "brand" ma sono pentito di averlo fatto. Ho acquistato un treno di gomme Primacy 4 per la mia auto, misura 225/55/R17 101Y-XL, è stata l'ultima volta, mai più Michelin, tenuta di strada ridicola, sul bagnato sono a dir poco pessime, l'unico punto a loro favore è il fattore silenziosità.
Nelle curve l'auto tende a saltellare sul retrotreno, poca direttività, reazioni lentissime nei cambi di corsia, sterzo impreciso, restituiscono allo sterzo l'impressione che si stia guidando sull'olio.

Mai più Michelin... Addio.

Io, a malincuore, devo esprimere un giudizio negativo. Nello specifico, sul bagnato, mi sono girato 4 volte in sei mesi, percorrendo, a velocità moderate, delle rotatorie. Aggiungo che la mia macchina è 4x4, quindi con trazione integrale, ma nelle rotatorie con un leggero sottosterzo e sovrasterzo, la macchina va in deriva, ovvero lo sbandamento in curva

purchased 2 wiper blades a 28" and 18" for volkswagen goft alltrack manufactured by pylon manufacturing corp. neither would adaptor fit even thougt parts house and michlin web site says they match the car. i have called well over 10 times and they have sent 2 wipers 2" and 26" both times. if I had not put the pachages in the garbage I would return. they are guaranteed for 1 year. must mean guaranteed till they hit the door then all services are gone. Michelin actually makes great road bike tires. The slick and half-slick ones for more speed performance.
Although you should consider that they are definitely not cheap. But on the other hand I bought a pair of them a couple of years ago and won’t bother buying another one for a couple of seasons for sure.

I had a claim number, because I had a warranty on a back ordered tire. They never contacted me when they received the tire (bad service), and when I attempted to utilize the claim, they gave a unsatisfactory response of, “ it’s over a year ago and it’s too late.” I will NEVER buy Michelins again, and I will discourage any from buying them because of their customer service. Oh yah, they did offer me an option for another lesser brand, but that’s like crashing my Benz and offering me a Hyundai as a replacement. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Buone gomme anche se molto rumorose però danno una buona durata forse un po’ care

Finalmente ci siamo ! ho scelto Michelin anche questa volta.

Volendo testare la mia V90 CC D5 235CV AWD PRO volevo una gomma performante in termini di prestazioni su superfici di ogni tipo garantendo una frenata sicura ! indipendentemente dalla condizione di strade asciutte, bagnate e innevate.
Situazioni che questo inverno farò a carico pieno famiglia inclusa. Considerato la sua caratteristica di bassa resistenza al rotolamento, potrei anche consumare di meno ?.
Intanto quello che apprezzo oltre al buon Design accattivante sono le scalanature , intagli che sembrano nati per “mordere” e non mollare neve/acqua. Rassicurante direi .

Una tenuta garantita oltre che una resa kilometrica nel tempo giustifica la spesa.
Quando si dice : " la Qualità si paga".
