Don't you ever buy here! It is a scam! Horrible communication, they take money and then go silent!

I have ordered parts from bike-parts-mv.com and wanted to add another 2 parts. Everything went well, I paid for the next 2 parts and waited. Those 2 additional parts were kept under another 2 orders. After one week the cheapest order of one of the additional parts was sent and a few days later delivered. After another week they notified me they shipped the other additional part (under same tracking number...how?). This part never came. After another month I saw in orders list, that the main order was shipped as well and was delivered under same tracking number again?! All in all I have got only the cheapest part for 2 € and they stole my other 300 € for the other parts. They said everything was sent, but nothing ever came after that. I wanted to refund the orders, but now they even don't communicate anymore!

Ho acquistato delle chiavi di ricambio per moto Triumph, dal sito unica differenza per modello carburatori o iniezione,scelgo il mio numero per modello carburatore ,mi arrivano le chiavi grezze vado in ferramenta per intagliare ,mi dicono che non sono compatibili,invio richiesta reso mi viene rifiutata perché trascorsi 15 giorni,pacco consegnato 17 aprile, richiesta inviata 6 maggio, tutto molto discutibile considerando GG lavorativi,invio mail per trovare un accordo nessuna risposta 50€ buttati Ps nel loro sito recensioni trust 4,7/5 ma vedo che la realtà è ben diversa

Alla vostra risposta aggiungo : qui non si tratta di un reso a causa di un ripensamento mio o di un mio errore nell’acquisto !! Voi mi avete mandato una chiave non conforme a quello che era scritto nel sito , quindi la vostra clausola è vessatoria ed impugnabile . Siccome il prezzo è basso non mi conviene sostenere una causa ovviamente( e voi lo sapete ) ma vi segnalo comunque agli organi di protezione del consumatore . Grazie ,

bike-parts-yam was take payment and do nothing! No order processing, no response, no shipment no tracking. And a huge amount of time to return payment cause the marketplace of Microfiches is a scam!

Tenía mis dudas pero en un segundo intento le di otra oportunidad al servicio. Todo excelente un pedido de Ducati y no obstante que ni en Francia los tienen y los mandan a pedir de Italia me llegó a México en cuatro semanas bien empaquetado y lo que pedí. Todo depende que te toque una buena distribuidora como en mi caso me asignaron para esa compra Espritmoto de Francia. Recomendable.

Bought a part from Bike-parts-bmw.co.uk which is a part of Microfiches.net. Never gotten the part (3 months now), also the dont answer my mails anymore.

Very bad experience.

Una estafa de página, atentos, compro por Paypal una pieza de repuesto para mi Honda de casi 400 euros, y al finalizar el pedido da un error la página, la cual bloquean durante un par de dias, imagino que son conscientes del problema. Resultado, 4 dias después me hallo sin los 400€, sin que el pedido aparezca por ningún lado, y lo más importante sin siquiera responder a ninguna de mis quejas, además de ser muy dificil contactar con ellos, por no decir que imposible.

Espero que me lo solucione Paypal, porque ellos esta visto que no lo van ha hacer

Experience horrible, une erreur du site sur la pièce livrée, service client nul. Frais de retour et de restockage a ma charge. Ce qui est possiblement illégal.
