Quality, fit, style are all right for me.

The quality of the dress I got is amazing. I want to buy more so I have extra in the future. It fits so well and compliments my figure perfectly.

My items came as expected and I really appreciate that in a online company and the items I got fit almost perfect except for the length of the pants, they are just a touch too long at the shortest length that they come in. I don't have a problem with that, I will just hem them to fit me properly. With the quality of the material I'm not concerned how this will affect my use of them in the future.

I order from Australia. The website is wonderful, automatically showing everything in our currency. It’s so easy to find my sizes using their size charts. I’ve not had any problems with size. The clothing is beautiful, well made (made in USA!) and is as described. It’s high quality unlike other alt clothing stores that charge the same prices for stuff made very cheaply. Best of all, delivery is tracked, the clothes come swiftly and undamaged. They are well packaged. And I earn points for supporting this awesome company! Yay

When I had purchased a few items, they didn't look the way I thought so I sent them back. When I returned them, the mail separated my packaging from the items and the items were then mailed back to me. This was my first time returning something I had bought over the internet and was very confused. I contacted Midnight Hour right away to get answers and within hours I received a very kind email back telling me what probably happened. They explained what to do in order to get the items back to them and get my refund. It was a very smooth process and very quick responses.

Love all the quality of the clothes but just wish it was a tad cheaper

Midnight Hour is my go-to witchy and Gothic brand! Everything is such high quality and beautifully made/designed clothing. I was always the unusual and punk/gothy kid in high school and now this almost 55 year old Grandma has a brand to create all the beautiful outfits that let my unusual self be expressive!

These are fun leggings with the open design on the sides . Good quality wash well. Happy I got them.
