This is the 2nd time I’ve used Darren’s services. Darren’s communication is second to none, he gave me precise instructions for what information I needed to provide for the lender, a number of insights into what the market was doing and really helped when it came to purchasing the property in terms of offer. Darren’s experience was reassuring for me as I am very new to property investing. Once all the documents were in place the whole approval process was very quick. Everything he said he would do, he did. All in all a very easy process.
