Darren was an amazing and so very helpful. He made the whole experience very stress-free and the process of gathering documentation was a breeze. We'd been regaled with stories of all the work getting a mortgage would be - and it just wasn't the case with Darren helping us. He was very flexible time wise, quick with communication, able to give us realistic options, and explained things in a way that two neurodivergents felt comfortable with everything. Darren access multiple mortgage options and found us a great rate when it's notoriously difficult to find a serivable He even made the time to help us (a number of times) while he was on a family holiday!

Darren was very friendly and helpful, he made the mortgage application process simple and easy to understand and was very quick and efficient. He was always happy to answer any questions I had as well.
