After being told by another broker we could not get a mortgage with one of us on ACC Dave jumped at the chance to help. On top of that, our house build took 1 year longer than expected. Dave stuck by us the whole way and was very supportive. Through the changes of the mortgages Dave helped us understand the new requirements and finally we get got to settle on our new house. We could not have done it without Dave and his support.

Dave was great - communication was excellent and he was very patient with all my constant questions.
