Excellent service
I needed my dive computer battery changed asap. Jenna organised a collection and delivery very efficiently and I had my dive computer back in plenty of time for my trip.

Jenna and all the team at Mikes dive store have given exceptional customer care. We have had regs and bcds serviced recently and the service from start to end was efficient, effective and so easy. The team really go above and beyond to ensure you get the help you need. We have also had amazing communication and speedy delivery on a number of things we have purchased. 5 star from start to finish.

As always Mike's Dive Store is the place to go for all your Scuba needs. I have been a long time customer of Mike's.
I am in the market for a new dive CPU as my current one is now retired. I launched the online chat and spoke with Nish who spent a great time helping me with all the questions I had. He certainly has a lot of patience and was able to perfectly answer everything so that I am now confident which CPU I now want. I will be going in store this weekend to make the purchase. This website is a scam. I purchased a dive computer for £500 a week before my trip to Egypt. They sent it with some dodgy courier that never even came to ring my doorbell and apparently took it to the parcel shop for collection. After I spent time going to the parcelshop, the shop keeper said he sent it back as he did not have space for it in his shop. The tracking updated later in the evening to show it is being returned to sender.

So I contacted this website and they said that's fine, they can either cancel my order or give me a replacement. I said I'm nonot sure what I want yet because they would not be able to get the replacement to me before my trip which I really wanted this diving computer for.

They said I can wait to decide when I'm back. So when I was back I asked them just to cancel it and refund me, but they said they won't do that because they never got it back despite it clearly saying on the tracking that my parcel came back to them.

Then they started saying other lies like the package was tampered with and that I had actually collected it and what not. None of it made any sense as one day they would say one thing, the next day they would say the complete opposite.
As a result It has been almost a month since I spent £500 and I have none of my money nor the diving computer which I paid for.

Complete con artists. I was being emailed by someone called "jenna" that obviously kept trying to string me along so they keep my money and the diving computer.

Now in the process of charging back this with my bank as they say I have been scammed by a fraudulent company

Had some issues with my suunto D5 dive computer so contacted Mikes Dive Store and got an immediate reply from Nish. Stayed in contact throughout the whole experience and had fast replies, never felt as if I was put aside. THANK YOU NISH.

I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service and to Nish for advice. I ordered a computer yesterday afternoon and it was with me the next day by 1030. All orders are the same. Great place to shop!

We popped in buy a new BCD, mask and fins. The shop has a good range of products at different price points for all. Service was great - super helpful (but not pushy).

Im going on holiday very soon and wanted a new dive computer. The one i decided for is only stocked by mikes dive store in the uk. I bought it for around 450£ and two masks as i was not sure which would be a better face fit for me.

I paid with paypal and after a few hours my order was cancelled as they “could not verify my information “. I called the next day and got told it was probably because of my “ip address” and because i paid with paypal. They promised to fullfill the order if i paid again.

I tried again this time from my phone and not my laptop and it was cancelled yet again.

I tried to order a third time with my credit card and from my phone and called ip right after and they confirmed on the phone everything is ok and my order will be sent next day in the evening. Then i got another order cancelled email for the same reason.

Clearly a bunch of liars and i cant even buy a simple dive computer. As well as i now have £1800 in my money frozen by my bank while the refunds process and as a result i have no dive computer to take on holiday.

Total waste of time ofna company with customer service that lies through their teeth.

I do not recommend this company.

They also tried to convince me to send a direct bank transfer instead which gives me ZERO protection.

Sounds like a total scam!

Mikes Dive Store provides superb customer service and products are keenly priced. In addition regular discounts gives excellent value.
I recently had a problem with a product purchased last year and after the manufacturer failed to respond, Mikes instantly actioned my concern and arranged collection for repairs.

I emailed the team to get some recommendations on wetsuits. I was contacted by Nish who very quickly sent over some recommendations and gave some advice on their personal experiences with some of the items which was really helpful. Nish responded to my emails within an hour across the space of a week, so very efficient and quick service, and sent me personalised quotes for my order and was happy to make any small adjustments as needed. Nish helped me with sizing and asked for my measurements, and also assisted in building up a prescription mask for me.

I will definitely be shopping with Mike's Dive Store again!

Very satisfied as I received my order of mask with prescription lenses, snorkel & other bits within days of order. Ordered on a Sunday evening, despatched on Monday, with me by Wednesday. Quality product at a good price, easy to order and delivered quickly, just what you want on an online order.

I am a novice snorkeller so went to Mike's Dive Store for advice and to purchase my first equipment. I will never be able to Scuba because of a medical condition which I explained to the gentleman who assisted me
Pros: very well-fitting comfortable mask
Cons: Scuba pro Go fins are for use with boots which I was not told and don't have so rubbed the dorsum of my foot badly and tended to slip when I tried them in the pool. I'm not sure that they would fit if I purchased boots so an expensive mistake. sad that the need for boots was not explained to me
The snorkel is quite long so I find it difficult to clear if water does get in but that is no reflection on the quality of the snorkel

Going to the store in Chiswick is always a very very pleasant experience because staff is very approachable and super friendly and very helpful. Makes you want to go back again!

I am very loyal to Mike's Dive Store. I know I can count on them to help if anything goes wrong with my order. It is very difficult to reliably get dive gear to Mexico, and Mike's always delivers. I had trouble with my delivery (DHL said it was lost) and Nish contacted DHL to help find my package. After it was delivered, I had a problem with a piece of gear (no fault of Mike's). Nish came through for me again and worked with the manufacturer to provide a satisfactory solution. Customer service like this will keep me coming back to Mike's. Thank you Nish!

I ordered something online from Mikes' UK store on a Monday which was delivered to my home in Manila (Philippines) three days later...very impressed!

Always trust Mikes for dive gear purchases!

Mikes are always our go to for purchasing dive gear and they are always very helpful when it comes to issues with that gear too!

I had an issue with my wetsuit 1 day before my warranty was due to expire and Nish handled this for me brilliantly.

The suit was shipped off to ScubaPro to be investigated and I ended up getting a whole new suit as a replacement for the issue!
