I attended the 1 day training on Land acquisition/ sourcing a couple of days ago. Fantastic learning- full of content! I was a bit apprehensive initially thinking the sessions might be focused purely on land acquisition for residential developments (my interest is in the commercial space), but most of the topics (if not all) were equally applicable to commercial developments as well. Paul is obviously very knowledgeable and in my opinion, you really can't go wrong with this 1 day training.

As a repeat and now on zoom, this was a strong course in these changing times. Questions available, lots of resources, and able to look again, if missed anything due to connections or other matters at home.
Clear thinking and lucky to have access to this experience.

Millbank provides a very comprehensive training package on site finding, if you are serious about getting into the development business you should educate yourself and this is a great place to start.

Full of useful information, maybe too much to take in during a single day, my head was buzzing and I was really tired at the end of the day. There was a online follow-up session (which is not normal practice for this course) which was fantastic in helping to clear up questions that had arisen since starting to put the learning into practice. If you are interested in becoming a land agent, this is the course for you.

A practical course, abundant with knowledge and insights into off market land sourcing. We left with practical tools to use in our business.

Full packed day with a lot of information to absorb. Need to fully study information provided to put into use. Hopefully it will enable me to purchase a few 'off market ' sites with good development margins .

A fantastic day covering the entire development appraisal, from the key principles to detailing cash-flow and interest payments. The value I have gained from this 1-day course will make me a lot of savings going forward.

I've been on many property courses and seen how most 'gurus' operate. The Millbank team include a number of very experienced developers, planners, and entrepreneurs who have done, and are currently doing major resi development deals and have seen pretty much every situation you can imagine. Training is straight to the point with no padding, and advice tailored to your area or deal. Unmissable if you want to avoid losing £thousands and making the same mistakes as 99% of would-be developers.

Excellent training from highly experienced developers covering all stages of the the development process. Including sourcing of off market land and development sites and securing planning permission.

The days training on deal analysis was brilliant, the In depth of detail that was gone through was Vitally important and i learnt so much and realised just how precise you need to be.
Pauls training is unbelievable and definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for development training.

Very nice atmosphere on the lessons and easy understanding program invented by Paul.
I’ve been doing property development for many years and thought what else I don’t know in the game but once I got there I have realised how many things I did not know.
I’d highly recommend this course such for the beginners as to experienced property developers as there are a lot to learn.

There is a lot of controversy and unhelpful hype within the property and development training space. I have experienced a range of Millbank's training and gladly have nothing but praise for the comprehensive and straightforward way in which it is delivered. Unlike some offerings of which I've been told, Paul and his team with a wealth of experience, do not gloss over the risks involved or promise any undeliverables' and are renowned for 'saying it as it is'. All presented in a tasteful and well judged setting.
So I'm very pleased to offer this recommendation without reservation.
(As a chartered professional working in the field I rarely write these referrals).

It was a day packed full of content, knowledge and experience. There was no silly nonsense and it wasn't a day full of trying to sell you other courses. I really like the style of the guys and they come across very genuine. No dreams were sold just facts, plenty of examples and handouts. Thank you.
