We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our delivery records indicate that your order was successfully delivered to the address provided with the order.

Because the package appears to have been delivered and the concern is that it may have been stolen after delivery, we asked for a police report so that we can properly document and investigate the claim and determine what further assistance may be available.
