UMRAH 2018
I contacted Mina Tours to book our Umrah. Mohammad Faizan was our Umrah consultant who has dealt with organising the whole trip including the flights, Visas and hotel reservations and transport too. Faizan has good knowledge of the customer requirements and adheres to commitment and best service provision. I would highly recommend Mina tours in the way they have organised and completed the reservation process so far, I shall further review this on my return from Umrah Inshallah. Would like to thank Mina tours for having such dedicated and skilled people working in their team, who understand the customer needs and arrange the necessary making it a smooth booking process, especially Mohammad Faizan..definatley will be keeping Mina Tours my first choice.

Thank you for an excellent service. The booking of flight, hotel and getting visa was prompt and done with ease. Mohammed Faizan was very helpful in all questions I had and understood my requirements in terms of dates very well and engaged and communicated information clearly to me. Highly recommended.
