It's a scam

It's a scam. I paid for a course of €0.99 and suddenly I find myself with a charge of €130.50 for a one-year subscription. I feel helpless to get my money back.

Variety of classes... Good customer service

There are a variety of classes in many different categories, and they'll probably add more and expand. They had a promotion, so I decided to try it at a really good price.

My reason for not giving it 5 stars was that the video for the class I chose seemed to be recorded amateurishly. I understand that some of them may not have the resources to film it professionally, but it did affect the feel/vibe for me. A minor thing that can easily be overlooked for the value of the content.

When contacting customer service, Louise was very helpful and patient with me. Louise also tried to help resolve my issue by offering other suggestions. I was grateful for Louise's consideration and kindness.

Added an expensive subscription I did


Added an expensive subscription I did not want, refused to cancel it after I saw it on my credit card statement. Basically I signed up for an inexpensive course (for backs), in the email they sent with the log in, the mentioned a one or two week free trial was being thrown in. I did not ask for that nor pay much attention because I was dealing with an evacuated parent from the LA fires. A couple of weeks later I saw a charge for $129.99 and then went back to the email and saw that they mentioned that. Before starting the dispute with my credit card company, I decided email customer service explaining that it was a mistake and asking for a refund. No surprisingly they wrote back saying it was against the policy stated in a couple of places. In what world is it ethical to sign someone up for something they didn't purchase (there was no choice to not be enrolled in the subscription) and then expect them to take the time to read every line and take action to avoid a big charge? This is a disgusting business model and I sincerely hope they go out of business.

The advertisement mentioned in the page is absolutely fake... They said you got 14 days to get a refund no questions asked, that is BS, they charged me 100 usd after 7 days and there's no refund.

Scam

The advertised offer for the course at $0.99 is misleading and an inappropriate way to promote your services. It is unacceptable to automatically enroll customers into a "Plus Plan" without their explicit consent. I intended to try one course as advertised with a 97% discount, but this deceptive practice has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. This experience reflects poorly on your organization's integrity and business ethics.

SCAM!! Run away from them!

SCAM. Paid 0.99 USD for the trial and a few days later they are trying to charge 149 USD from my card. I cancelled the anual subscription plan right after paying the trial as I knew they would charge me, but even after cancelling they tried to steal my money!!! I have proof that I cancelled my subscription!!!

But they are thieves and don’t care. For the past 2 days Stripe is sending me 5 emails a day saying that Mindfuleve is trying to charge me.

AVOID GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS AT ALL COST.

They stole 240 AUD from my card and claimed I signed up for a membership which I didn’t then I reached out to customer service to demand a refund. They seemed very understanding and told me that the refund have been processed and it should be in my account from 1 to 3 days but it’s been 7 days and still NOTHING. Absolute Scam. I WANT MY REFUND!

I had a great experience with Louise, (a corporate support manager) in cancelling my membership. Mindfuleve offers a monthly membership, and that particular benefit does not apply to me. For people that are looking for several programs I can see how they can benefit from it. Anyways I was very pleased with the support service, highly recomend it
