My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
An amount was taken from my account without my authorization. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a full refund. Instead of resolving the matter, I received repeated standard replies and conflicting explanations.
The company even claimed that my bank was rejecting the refund, but after contacting my bank, I was informed that there was no record of any rejected refund transaction.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly, no refund has been received.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Bought two Pop Mart Applejack statues from these guys via their seller marketplace, both arrived today and they're absolutely mint. Zero paint imperfections on either of them despite both being a bit under 3 inches in height is super impressive. Well packed and the shipping charges via Canada Post were reasonable. Would definitely buy from again.
