Placed an order for a replacement glass door panel for my Bush cooker.
Part arrived promptly but was found to be incompatible.
Having a terrible job trying to sort this out. Need to return part and obtain a refund. Lack of communication from Minerva.

I am afraid the only contact we recieved from yourself was on a weekend when we are not in the office, however, once this was seen your refund was processed straight away and as you provided a picture of the delviery damage, no return is required
Great service from first contact
Great service from first phone call, I couldn't find what I was looking for online , so got in touch with company, the administrator ( lady) was brilliant sorry for got your name .
She gave me help on how to get in touch with parts ( via email) then got my part delivered super quick albeit a wrong size but was all sorted in a few days!

Brought new cooker
Brought new cooker, suppplied with onlry one oven shelf , any good cook needs two shelve , emailed Minerva for a shelf , out of stock, two weeks later email , we got stock, now on way, two shelve cooker excelent

Amazing service
I ordered right before Christmas and the expected delivery was the 31st Dec but it was put for delivery same day and arrived before Christmas and meant the oven cooked the dinner well ! Very pleased.
