The behaviour of your driver was unacceptable.
It took longer for the luggage to arrive unfortunately and the flight had landed 10 mins early so the driver was sent earlier. He said that he had waited near the parking lot to avoid parking charges understandably , but therefore I had to wait for another 15-20 mins before he could meet me at his stated location. I was still ok with that.
1. The driver was dishevelled , had no placard and at the beginning didn’t bother to help with the luggage trolley. I apologised to him but he was dismissive.
2. What was most upsetting was his behaviour. It wasn’t my fault that the luggage took longer to arrive.
3. I then heard him phone the office to say I had 3 luggage items ( instead of 2) . Any traveller on an international flight would have hand luggage along with checked in baggage ! That made him seek an opportunity to add more to my payment . I was promptly called by the office to increase my fare from £53 to £75 , which I questioned as I had hand luggage ( not extra suitcases as the driver claimed), but obviously they had all the right answers and I did not challenge this any further. They promptly sent me a payment link!
4.Then all the way through the journey he complained about the delay, the traffic, how he worked from 6 am , how Minicab has no drivers and he was exploited etc ! I tried to be nice to him but after a long 24 hrs of travel , I had to eventually politely request him to start the radio. Which he didn’t . He then went silent but drove rashly. He warned me that I needed to keep his excess money ready which I reassured him I would, although I did state that it was unfair to say I had additional baggage !
5 His behaviour on arrival at my home too was obnoxious ! He refused to let my husband have my bag while I ran in to get the extra payment & until I gave him the added fare.
I do understand that it was an inconvenience on both of us about the delays which was not any of our fault , but the experience could have been made bearable with professionalism & kindness.
Please make sure you employ drivers with professionalism and manners and not those who are unsafe drivers & obnoxious to your customers.

Thoughts...
It would have been helpful to receive a notification of the cab booked to pick me up on the day of the booking and to let me know how long I will be waiting if the cab doesn't arrive at the given time, as opposed to the client contacting the control room.
However other than this minor glitch I am pleased the issue was resolved as quickly as possible.

The driver got stuck in a transit…
The driver got stuck in a transit problem, but did not warn me and almost made me lose my flight.
The unexpected events can happen but, the driver should have warned so I could opt for an alternative earlier and not having to resort to asking a friend to drive me in a rush to Heathrow.
I also expect to be refunded smoothly.

Driver used a long convoluted rout back from Heathrow full of turnings and roundabouts,that made my wife dizzy,rather long time
