Drove like a maniac going 50mph in 30ph zones. Had a cigarette before we got going. Had the satnav set to avoid motorways so we went a very odd route.

Sounds like the people on the phone…
Sounds like the people on the phone give you random estimates for when the Cab will arrive, which is really inconvenient when you’re told the cab will arrive in 15 minutes (after youve booked it) then it arrives 25+minutes later. Not very reliable, but the cab man was very nice though.

Used today due to the train strike and were excellent. Driver was waiting when I left the house and was extremely professional throughout. Paid a bit more than some were advertising but competitors had poor reviews in comparison. It was essential my driver was on time as I was travelling for work and they were definitely worth the slight additional cost for piece of mind. Made my life very easy on what could have otherwise been a difficult morning

I had a very good experience and would book again
I had a very good experience with MiniCab for London. The driver arrived on time and was a gentleman who carried my bag into the boot and was polite. I arrived at my destination on time and had no issues. Would definitely use again!

Experience of Kensington Cabs
We had expected to be met at airport on arrival but instead had to wait and then negotiate a pick up point with the driver. On return to airport driver seemed to be annoyed that we were asking if he was from Kensington Cabs so all in all not a great experience either way.

It's my first time to call but wait too long
It's my first time to call MinicabForLondon that i found it online. I request 90mins after flight arrival. I came out 20 mins earlier than expected. Then I think I just waited for 20 mins as it's becos I came earlier. Then I called the hotline that told him I was out and waiting. He advised me the driver was on the way ans would be there in 20 mins. At the end, I waited for nearly a hour and change 3 drivers .. The hotline and driver are nice and polite ... just I was so tired after taking over 13 hours flight and upset the cab comes late.

It was very easy to get a quote and…
It was very easy to get a quote and book online. The drivers were both on time for my outbound and return journey. They were both friendly and professional. The journey was quicker than I had expected they took the best routes. I needed receipts for work and they were very helpful in making sure I had them emailed to me. I would use mini cabs for London again if I needed in the future.
