Have used this company regularly for the last few years and does not disappoint. Reliable and good value too

Easy to book and pay. If there are any issues the booking office always call you and do their very best to resolve. On the rare occaision that I have required a refund it has been actioned very quicky. The booking office are always very kind, polite and helpful. Highly recomended.

Booked with them. Card wad charged...driver never been asigned ... stuck in the airport for 4 hours and no one wss there to pick up the phone.
Later charged me 50% as not showing up.
Never book with them ever again

This was my first time using Minicabs, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. The driver arrived promptly at the pickup point, waiting patiently as instructed, and provided clear directions throughout the journey. He was exceptionally professional, friendly, and went above and beyond by helping with my bags, making the entire trip stress-free. I’ll definitely use Minicabs again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable transport in the Harrow area

Hello, I had booked an airport pick-up but a few minutes before landing we were informed that the flight would be diverted. Minicabs were very helpful as they helped me quickly rebook the ride with a new driver from a completely different airport. Unfortunately we were charged a cancellation fee of 60% as the first driver had already arrived at the original airport but Minicabs have help by writing us an email in support of our airline claim. Will use their service again - fast communication but via email and whatsapp! Thank you!🙌🏼

This was the first time I had used the company but it will not be the last. Excellent service. And a very competitive price.

Even though I had received very clear emails confirming my booking (I had booked a week before to be taken to Luton Airport to catch a flight) I was nervous about being let down, so I wrote to the company the day before, to ask for reassurance that all was in order.

I was very happy (and reassured!) to receive a speedy and personal response that confirmed, yet again, that the booking was indeed in order.

I liked that in the morning I also received a message that the driver was on his way.

He arrived in very good time and waited patiently for me, and of course we got to the airport exactly when I wanted to, with plenty of time to catch my flight.

I should also note that the driver, Irfan, was friendly and helpful.

We booked a minicab to take us to the hospital. The journey should have taken around 50 minutes, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes. Because of this delay, we missed a critical cardiac appointment and now have to wait another year.

The experience was extremely stressful, and the level of service was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on what happened.

I had booked a cab for 1:15pm to take myself and my students to Eltham Palace and again at 3 pm to take us back to college. On both occasions, the transport was over 40 minutes late, which was totally unacceptable.
Idid email them on several occasions for compensation but I have still not heard anything and it is now Jan 2026!
I will not be using this service again

Absolutely diabolical. Multiple times they take the booking, several hours in advance, but no driver comes. This has happened to me so many times, i dont actually know what the point of minicab.com is because they dont supply any cabs. I will NEVER call their number again. I dont like them, i dont trust the. Unreliable. Usesless.

I had a great experience! The driver was reliable, punctual, professional, and friendly! He helped me with my luggage, and the trip was pleasant and quick. I always felt safe! I will always book with you again!

My 6am taxi booked to the train station for the airport didn’t arrive. Controller kept robbing me off telling me it would be a few minutes. I explained I had a train ticket booked and if it wasn’t going to arrive, I’d order an uber. Having been told it was a still just minutes away, it was over 25 minutes late and turned out to be an uber they had booked last minute! Controller was shockingly rude and unapologetic and I’ve since had no response to my complaint via email. Will never use, or recommend again.

The cab was on time, very clean and smelt lovely
The driver Muhammad was so courteous and helpful with waiting for me (I was running late) and loading and unloading the luggage
Will definitely use them again
