I have purchased Bravo mini splits before from this company and never had any problem with unit. Never had to call for tech support yet and cannot comment about it. I hope that tech support is as good as the product that they sell and will stand behind it.

Excellent service
Excellent service - excellent company. They follow through. They respond quickly. Their prices of a competitive. I’ve worked with Jenny on my order. She’s fabulous. I hope I spelled her name’ right. I highly recommend this company. She’s never upset or impatient when I’ve had to call her a couple of times to make sure I’m ordering the right mini split for my house and the extra pieces. Great company I’d rather order from them than Amazon . cause they’re local so to speak. Call Jenny - you won’t be disappointed.

One to Grow On
I found exactly what I was looking for and Delivery was promised Quickly (within the week). The slow down happened when I had to file the Tax Exempt Form prior to placing my order and wait for it to be approved. It took 6 days from my submitted ST-13 Form to a response saying my certificate was approved and that I could view my invoice and complete my order . I was offered an apology for the "Late Response" which I appreciated but this area should certainly be ran more efficiently.

changed date of delivery cost me 210$
Why give me an expected date of delivery then change it to 2 days earlier? I have the first date of delivery off but then fedex changes it to their preference. I had to take an extra day off which cost me 210 dollars for nothing. If I have to sign for a delivery then let me know what day to be there or I cannot plan. If you are working with a delivery company that won't deliver on a specific date then don't use them. I spent 900 on the unit, but it cost an extra 210 to call off work which my employer didn't appreciate at all. Maybe your company is good with your employees not coming to work just to accept a delivery at home but mine doesn't. Hard to believe this is an ongoing problem but I won't buy from a company that forces me to stay home from work just to accept a delivery.

Stephen, we’re very sorry for the frustration and unexpected expense this delivery change caused. We understand how difficult it is to arrange time away from work, especially when a signature is required.
The delivery date initially provided is an estimate based on the carrier’s information at the time. Carriers may occasionally adjust that date because of routing changes, weather conditions, local delivery capacity, or other circumstances outside our direct control. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date once a shipment is in the carrier’s possession.
That said, we agree that changes like this should be communicated as clearly and promptly as possible. We will notify FedEx about your experience and raise your concerns regarding the delivery-date change. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience it caused.
Shipping and delivery issues
I didnt have any issues with the delivery of the equipment. What i didnt know was that there was going to be another delivery for the kits. FedEx responded that they would delivery it the next day, they never showed up. That was Friday, so the kit arrived Monday. 1 of the lineaet kits did have all the additional installation materials but the other did not

We’re also concerned that one of the kits appears to be missing some of the additional installation materials. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of what you received so we can review the shipment and help resolve this as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make this right.

One product is defective
One product is defective, manufacturer wants me to pay for. Mini splits for less doesn’t want to send another unit, so I’m just gonna order another one.
