Do not use this company!! They sent wrong line set and won’t refund now. Do not use!! They responded with a complete fabrication of the events. They sent wrong line set in the first place. The line set was not used!! And they did not issue a refund like they said. Complete lie!!! Do not use this company!!!

Brian, we’re sorry to see this review, as our team did assist you by providing a pre paid return label for the incorrect line set. When the return arrived, the line set had been used and cut, and some of the included accessories—such as the communication wire—were missing. As a result, the item was no longer in a condition that could be resold.
Despite its condition and the missing components, we still issued a refund for the value of the line set. We always aim to handle returns fairly and believe it is important to clarify the steps taken to resolve this matter.

Excellent Shipping Experience…
I have purchased mini splits several times before from discount vendors. They always came via FedX or UPS with the boxes tossed around and shipping damage. Mini Splits 4Less shipped on a pallet all wrapped up and delivered by a lift gate truck. Excellent shipping

Upon delivery.. my condenser (outside unit) was wrapped and shipped upside down FROM THE FACTORY. Makes you question their attention to detail, if they couldn't even spot something as noticeable as that.

Warren, we’re sorry the condenser arrived in that condition. We reviewed the photos taken when your order left our warehouse, and they show that the unit was shipped upright and properly secured to the pallet with straps.
Based on this documentation, it appears the unit may have been repositioned during transit. Carriers sometimes break down or reconfigure pallets to accommodate space inside their trailers, which may have caused the condenser to be placed upside down. We take this matter seriously and will review the situation directly with the carrier to help prevent it from happening again.
1-Ton Ductless Mini Split
The item arrived two days before promised shipping arrival. The delivery signature required was clearly communicated. Received the ductless mini-split faster than I could have gotten one from Lowe's or Home Depot without having to drive to the store and deal with a counter clerk who couldn't figure out how to order one anyway. It was competitively priced or cheaper, too.

Amazon dropped the ball on an order for our customer who had no heat or air. We called MiniSplits4Less and they were very helpful, got a unit out the door to us in 2 days and we were able to complete the install before the weekend heatwave for the customer. Will only order directly from MS4L from now on! Thanks!

Best customer response to my many questions coupled with the best pricing that I could find. I know now that I do not need to shop around to so many sies to find the best price coupled with both technicians and sales personnel that answer questions without always trying to close a quick sale.
