The Bravo is as quiet as advertised
The Bravo is as quiet as advertised. Heats our 750 sqare foot space up well.
It keeps meet out in the shop as long as I want without running the propane heaters. Never mind the endless runs for propane refills!! I love my new Bravo 24k MiniSplit!!

Excellent Units, Fabulous Service
Very prompt shipping.. and these are excellent units. We previously installed one in another room. They are very reliable, energy efficient, quiet and they do a great job heating and cooling.

Quality mini-split
Staff provided us with the information needed to purchase the correct unit for our basement. The unit was delivered in a week after placing the order. The installation was pretty straight forward and has been operating as advertised.

I ordered a 18k heat pump
I ordered a 18k heat pump. CAME QUICK but when I installed the unit has issues. ITS throwing a error code. I called mini splits 4less and they what you to call a tech #. ALL THEY DO IS SELL. We called the tech # 2 times with no help then was told to hire a CH tech and they would talk to them. Where does it say I can't install unit? A warranty is good for all units .

We’re sorry for the frustration, but we would like to clarify that all mini-split systems we sell are non-DIY equipment. They must be installed and commissioned by a qualified HVAC technician to ensure proper operation and maintain eligibility for the manufacturer’s warranty.
Our records indicate that the unit was self-installed, and the reported issue appears to have resulted from the installation rather than a factory defect. Because you are not a qualified HVAC technician, the manufacturer requested that a professional inspect the system and contact its technical support team with the necessary readings. This process is required to confirm the cause of the error and determine whether any warranty coverage applies.

Just got the unit fully installed…
Just got the unit fully installed Friday. So far I like it and it’s doing what I need done. The unit is on my 16x24 porch and I have all my houseplants out there so keeping them warm is a must. Now to learn more about the remote is going to be another story. Haha
