Lowest fee to sell your property

We choose MTA becasue they had the best sale package of all the other sale by owner sites. They have a very friendly support team with fast responses. The system is easy to use and we saved thousands of dollars by not using a real estate agent.

Very happy we chose Minus The Agent.

Very happy we chose Minus The Agent.
We had 3 enquiries in the first day of listing & about 7 enquiries over the term of the listing. Of those 7 we conducted 5 inspections. After about 1 month we had 2 serious offers , one of which we accepted.
To sell your property all you need to do is advertise on realestate.com & domain & be prepared to deal directly with potential buyers - Minus The Agent is a great platform to do this.
We sold our property for the price we wanted & saved about $13000 in real estate fees (@2.5%).
All it cost us was $500.
I had a little bit of confusion regarding the website at first but the staff are very helpful & responsive via email. Patience is the key.
I highly recommend listing your property with Minus The Agent.

A warning .

A warning .. don't use this agency.

Don't use 'Minus the Agent' if you don't want to experience the frustration I'm presently experiencing.
I've sold my property & have repeatedly asked them to remove it from Domain & other sites.
They tell me they will but do nothing about it.
It feels like they get their initial fee then wipe their hands of any further assistance.

Firstly like to thank you for taking the time to review us, although we are naturally disappointed with the rating. It is great to hear you successfully sold your property using Minus The Agent. I can see your property has been marked as sold in our system and has processed through on all other sites. Marking properties as sold/leased is an important part of our company as it shows our system works and clients can save thousands of dollars. Sometimes the issue lays within our suppliers (being Domain) and the time delay it takes them to remove the listings/mark them as sold which can be put of our control. Nonetheless we will ensure this gets marked as sold and taken off Domain urgently for you and would just like to once again congratulate you on the success you had using our service and the sale of your property.

Easy process and fast support

Easy process and fast support. Plus I can load 35 pics onto realestate.com unlike others. Saved $15,000. Houses sell themselves. Photos are the most important thing and sometimes its best to do your own if you are capable, but they must be A1. Why aren't more people DIY selling?

Great service for the money

Great service for the money. Helpful staff. Bit more feedback during the listing time would be handy and upon sale it wasn’t clear how to remove the listing but again, super helpful staff sorted it out.

I love self managing my rental


I love self managing my rental properties. Minus the Agent allows a good straightforward platform to test market rates and also gives you full control in the selection of tennants. Empowering not to use overpriced property managers.
