Jamie-Lee has been a great help with the claim for a recent claim for damage on my car, following a car park bollard bash. She has been friendly and helpful throughout the process, which has been managed very efficiently. Insurance claims aren't fun, but at least this has been easy to deal with and trouble-free!

MIS provided a fantastic smooth experience following my no fault accident. From my first call with Cameron to getting my car back repaired, I could not fault the service i received from everyone I dealt with. 5 stars MIS!

Cameron contacted this am and dealt with the claim in efficient, thorough and understanding manner. My car has been collected by repairers and replacement hire car is here. Excellent service!

Great service from MIS - Accident Management. I felt the whole burden of my no fault claim taken off my shoulders and knowing that they are taking care of everything is a great help. Would highly recommend their services.

Excellent service! I broke down on the side of the road and called MIS, who were very efficient, took a few details and said a mechanic would contact me with 60 to 90 mins, it was only 30. The mechanic then started my car and followed me to the garage, so no need for any stress in case I broke down again. Would highly recommend MIS Claims.

Jamie-Lee handled my call and did an excellent job. Very understanding, clear and efficient.

I called for breakdown assistance on 05/07/25 and the recovery agent was out within 30 minutes.

I recently was involved in a no fault car accident. I informed my insurance company who passed me on to Cameron from MIS. The service I received was first class, he explained everything I needed to know, I had a courtesy car the same day, and an insurance assessor called the following day.

My call handler Rita was understanding, empathetic and reassuring. She explained all of the next steps and helped me at a time of stress.

Excellent experience, the lady Rita Lindsay on the phone was professional and compassionate! Everybody struggles at times of traffic incidents but thank you for being supportive and nonjudgmental. Lots of information were given, would definitely recommend!

Carroll, the recovery driver, arrived promptly and was incredibly helpful and courteous. Highly recommend
