Thank you, Kos, for your great review. We are blessed to work with some of the very best guides, and we are truly grateful for all they do to make each tour a memorable experience for our groups.

Regarding the hotel that was not ideal for you, I assume you are referring to the Athenaeum Hotel in Athens. It is actually a highly rated hotel that consistently receives excellent reviews from travelers. While it is located a little outside the city center and on a busy main avenue, it offers a high level of comfort and service.

When planning this tour, we worked closely with your group leader to review several hotel options. Our goal was to provide the best possible accommodations while also keeping the overall tour cost as affordable as possible for everyone. Although there were hotels available in different locations, they often came with significantly higher prices or lower guest ratings.

After reviewing the options together, your leader felt that choosing a highly rated hotel with excellent service was the best overall value for the group, especially since most of your time would be spent exploring Athens rather than at the hotel itself. While we understand that location preferences can vary from person to person, we believe this choice provided the best balance of quality, comfort, and affordability for the group as a whole.

Thank you again for traveling with us.

One of the things we love most about these trips is getting to know the amazing people who travel with us. By the end of the journey, many strangers have become friends, and that is something truly special. We work hard behind the scenes to make sure every detail is taken care of so our travelers can focus on enjoying the experience and making lasting memories.

Thank you, Lisa, for taking the time to provide feedback on your tour experience. We deeply regret to hear that certain aspects did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment you may have felt.

Understanding that this was your initial excursion with this particular group, we recognize the contrast in your experience. This group, having traveled together extensively in the past, has built a unique bond and understanding that informs our tailored itinerary. Each day was meticulously planned with the collective preferences and needs at the forefront, a process which indeed differs significantly from our more broadly designed, open-invitation tours that your probably used to.

Regarding the couple of historical sites we did not visit, the itinerary had to be agile, adapting to unforeseen circumstances such as health issues and injuries within the group, which regrettably impacted our schedule. The well-being and pace of the group necessitated these adjustments, and we worked hard to provide a balanced and achievable tour for everyone involved based on the circumstances within the group.

Concerning the culinary experiences offered, we sought to infuse local flavors through an array of local restaurants, aiming to strike a balance between the authenticity of the region's culture and the diverse palates of our travelers. Although the variety constituted a smaller portion of the overall meal plan, we regret that it did not align with your preferences.

We also want to assure you that your dietary requirements were a priority for us. Prior communication with the restaurants and reminders upon arrival were part of our protocol to ensure your needs were understood and met. We briefed the head waiter personally to discuss your preferences, endeavoring to achieve satisfaction. It's disappointing to learn that not every establishment met your standards, despite our diligent efforts.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to learning from this experience to enhance our services. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our tours and to offer an experience that exceeds your expectations in the future.
