Mitchell & Dickinson レビュー

So pleased with the service, the friendly staff and the final product. We have a listed property and got the green light for this solution from the planning office and are very pleased to have a solution that makes the house feel so much more cosy and also looking good. Great product. Very Pleased. Ben

The CosyGlazing design and implementation was first rate and I could not have had better. I was especially impressed by the high degree of draught-proofing carried out on my Grade 2 Elizabethan house with many windows fitted with a variety of mid-19th century frames and old glass, and a few on-site adjustments. Paul and his team were experts and professional and friendly throughout. Paul gets extra praise. Highly recommended.

Tony and team have just finished renovating a mixture of casement and sash windows in our grade 2 listed property, as well as installing CosyGlazing. Nothing but the highest praise from us for the quality of workmanship, which was exemplary, the professionalism and how they kept us informed on progress along the way. The finished product is spectacular in terms of look and finish, and the CosyGlazing makes a discernible difference in terms of heat retention. Thank you to Tony and team for a job very well done, and the wider team at M&D along the way.

We had a great experience having our sash windows renovated and draft proofed. We were very impressed by the quality of the work and the team craftsmanship.

As the windows are removed during the day I would in future plan the work to be done in the summer.

The entire process was incredibly positive, from booking in the works, staff support, understanding the scope of the works, to the communication leading up to the start. Tony did an incredible job and showed such care for our home. He was kind, helpful, and went well above to ensure the window was restored to the best version of itself. We will absolutely work with Mitchell & Dickinson in future for projects on our Grade II listed house!

Mitchell & Dickinson were very professional in their work, kept in constant communication and I am very satisfied with outcome. They replaced the rotten wooden bottoms of patio windows exactly to the state they were originally and installed movable secondary double glazing. The professionals who came were kind and careful and gave me good advice.

I had the casement windows in my Grade 2 listed property restored and secondary glazed by Mitchell and Dickinson. Every member of staff I encountered throughout the process was friendly and professional and I'm pleased with the work so far, so would definitely recommend!

We had all the windows in our Georgian house refurbished and cosy glazed. The team were always on time, professional and we are really pleased with the good results. Our windows no longer rattle, draughts are excluded and noise and condensation is much improved. The guys were easy to have around, hard working and always left the house clean and tidy, they were with us for 3 weeks. We were very pleased with their work, thanks to John and Ed and the team in the office.

Installation was handled relatively well, although issues matching window furniture, and a lot of extras over quoted price. Rebalancing of sashes leaves a fair bit to be desired - definitely not 'finger light' as the literature promises - most ended up more difficult to open and shut than before. Condensation issues persist, which whilst not promising a resolution, it doesn't really seem much better than it was. For the cost, it doesn't feel like money well spent on our property

Our relationship with M&D goes back years. Their way of secondary glazing has enabled us to retain our wooden sash windows but greatly improve their performance and energy-efficiency. Recently we have used them for another phase of window improvements, and again appreciate the quality, appearance and functionality of their work.

Mitchell & Dickinson were extremely helpful with the process of applying for listed building consent and gave me a very clear understanding of how my Grade II listed windows would be restored and how their CosyGlazing system would be applied. The standard of workmanship was very high and the team, run by Tony, worked calmly and efficiently with minimal disruption.
The benefit of finally having windows that fit correctly, are draught-free, and have secondary glazing panels to combat the coastal gales is wonderful and I highly recommend their system.

We were impressed with every aspect of the service and the professionalism of all the staff we met from start to finish.

We were impressed with Mitchell and Dickinson from the start to the finish of the project to refurbish and add secondary glazing to our listed property. The explanation of the techniques to be used was crystal clear. Then the specifications and delivery of the work was faultless. The foreman and team were easy to have on our home. We recommend them highly.

M&D undertook a project to restore and install secondary glazing to three large sash windows in my Grade II listed flat. From start to finish the service has been impeccable, the survey and workmen were all friendly and highly knowledgable. I am extremely pleased with the final result which is subtle and in keeping with the property. I can highly recommend them to anyone wishing to reinvigorate their property.

Undertook a large scale project, to repair, renovate and secondary glaze all the windows in our Grade 2 listed house. The workmen were a delight to have around and they did a superb job from beginning to end. Lots of innovative problem-solving!

Mitchell & Dickinson installed secondary glazing and repaired many windows on our Grade II listed farmhouse. We were really pleased with the quality and care they brought to the job. The work was sensitive to the character of the building, and the results have made a big difference to warmth and comfort. Highly recommended.

I was called i. Response to my request to repair a small window in my Grade 2 listed property. The person that called said that he would probably only be able to help if it was part of a larger repair/renovation project. I thought that was very short sighted of them. Particularly as I am retired and of limited funds. Why couldn't they just fit in a small job - left me with a bad feeling towards the company!

Your reply only shows how disinterested in my request you were. I didnt receive any advice from you or recommendations. You dismissed my enquiry as being too small for you to be interested.

I can't fault Mitchell & Dickinson.
The whole experience from start to finish was trouble free. Arturo and Tom who came to do the work were very polite and worked around us with sensitivity as we were continuing to hold clinics throughout. They were clean and tidy, and made the works as stress free as possible.
I won't hesitate to use them again for the next phase of remedial work.
Thanks you so much

We have just had Mitchell & Dickinson install secondary glazing throughout our Grade 2 listed house. We have an eclectic mix of windows (sash, casement, sliding and french windows) and have put up with draughts and condensation through the winter for years and we struggled to open a number of our windows. The M&D team have been excellent from start to finish with real craftsmanship and a sensitivity to working around us and our family home. The sash windows have been expertly restored and open beautifully and we are very impressed with the end result. Thank you.

Excellent company, excellent people providing excellent service. We are very happy with the process and our draft free house. Would recommend without hsitation
