Shoes never delivered to me. After 8-10 emails, they keep saying the shoes were on their way and claimed they could not update tracking details due to the courier.

I placed an order for one pair of shoes in April 2023. The order never shipped out. Fast forward to the middle of May, the site was promoting the same shoes on sale, stating production would be complete June 1 for them to ship out. It is now August and still not shipped and they’re still saying mine are in production!! How is this possible. Nothing has been done to rectify this issue and I’m still waiting four months after ordering. I will never purchase from them again.

Waiting over half a year for shoes. They took payment, won’t refund, no tracking, etc. This company is trash. Going to reach out to my bank and hopefully they can get my money back.

2 months waiting for my shoes, it is a scam nobody should get anything from them it is a fraud

They are keep charging me monthly even I cancelled my subscription. I have to call my bank to dispute every month.
They are ignoring my e-mails and instagram messages.

i have been waiting 7+ months for my shoes. they have already taken my money, have no tracking information, and no updates on my shoes. they refuse to refund my money. horrible horrible customer service.

Ordered a pair of shoes and never received them. I reached out to customer service multiple times and they gave me the run around about warehouse delays. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. I kind of had a feeling they were scammy once I saw so many complaints after the fact. Save yourself the headache and get any other pair of shoes.

Ordered shoes back on March 30, 2023. Still have not recieved anything and the help desk says the same thing. We are running behind. Seems like a scam at this point.

Still awaiting shoes ordered in Dec of last year. Still receiving the runaround. So angry

Ordered two pairs of shoes. Received after a lengthy wait. Returned one and exchanged the second. No refund on one pair. After months of excuses to why they were having issues with the refund I just disputed it with my credit card. Exchange pair never arrived and no updates on status. “Customer service” eventually stopped responding.

I never received my shoes. It’s been over six months. No customer service .. nothing. Bad company.

No product delivery - since Dec 2022. Will not refund. Very dishonest company.

*uodate: After 7 months and leaving a review- finally refunded. Still had to go through a series of bots or service agents that had no knowledge of order history. Review stands.

I didn’t get my shoes this company is a scam I ordered in April and it is now June going into July!

Beware of company. I bought 3 pairs. Of shoes from them. Late October 2022. It is June 22 2023. I received One incorrect pair. Try to get my money from the credit cards, but I waited too long because they kept on telling me. That, it was on this way. Stupid of me for believing Them. Do not buy from this company. It's a waste of money and time. How can a law action suit against them be done ?I'm in Michigan.

Ordered a pair of Shoes back on May 18th 23. I'm from Australia so I understand there might be shipping delays. However. I haven't received a tracking number or any information. I hope this company gets shutdown. Seems like the majority of people are unsatisfied with the service delivered. Absolute shambles.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and only one was sent to me. I've emailed repeatedly and they keep saying that the shoes will be sent eventually but they don't know when. When I ask for a refund they say they cannot do that until the shoes arrive to my address, again they don't know when. I'm reaching out to the state attorney general and BBB then also reaching out to my bank to get my money back. I highly discourage anyone from buying from this company. They're trash. I ordered on May 15, 23 and still do not have the shoes.

Scam never sent shoes it’s been 2 months and customer service is a bot that sends the same repetitive messages. Avoid MLO at all costs. They refuse to resend the package or refund the missing shoes. Garbage company that steals your money.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they never sent them.. tried getting ahold of customer service and just keep getting automated responses .. I would highly recommend never ordering from this company!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on December 27, 2022. It's now June 3, 2023 and I have NOT received my order. I've contacted customer support multiple times for updates. I'm promised that they will follow up with me to provide an update and it never happens. I ordered shoes that were apparently on pre-order. I never saw that on the site when I was placing my order. However, I would think it wouldn't take over 6 months to receive an order especially if the company is having a holiday sale. Do not order from them. I wish I could get a refund.
