Ordered the coffee product paid $40USD. Did not receive any tracking info my delivery info and no product. Have sent multiple emails requesting product delivery and status info only to be replied with lie after lie after lie. Requested refund still more bullshit and lies and no refund. Rachel Peake from customer services continually sends fabricated excuses and lies. There is no direct contact number to call. Do not purchase any product from this company. They are a scam and have ripped me off. Pack of shit

I really like the flavor of this blend over other mushroom coffees I tried so far. I love that it also has Ashwagandha in it as well. I just started drinking it so we’ll see how it goes.

I have been trying to return the starter kit and get a refund and no one responds to my request. I do not like the taste.

On June 24th you sent that my order was in transit. July 13 still no order. I can supply order number. I ordered starter pak and extra product. You have my money. Please fix this

NO!!! DO NOT ORDER FEOM ERTH LABS. OMGosh What a nightmare!!!! Worst customer service ever. Been almost 2 months still haven’t received my coffee and they keep sending me a computer generated email that always says the same thing plenty other legit coffee companies to order from w great reviews and good customer service.

First of all, I e-mailed support with questions, THREE times with NO RESPONSE. When I got the coffee, which I find good, the frothier BROKE the SECOND time using it. I have since went with A DIFFERENT brand who IMMEDIATELY responded to my request to have an e-mail verification. CUSTOMER SERVICE is as important as the product, which was only half good. YOUR customer service NEVER did respond to me. I will give you a bad review EVERY TIME. I had to contact my credit card to get a PHONE NUMBER which is nowhere else to be found. BAD BUSINESS doesn't sell. SHAME.

Product took a month to arrive and is very poor quality, they do not answer emails, and you cannot find a way to cancel the subscription. 5 emails unanswered so far. They do not provide a phone number.
Total SCAM!

Took over 2 weeks before acknowlegment fom their shipper that it was on its way. It was received damaged but the coffee package was ok. I cancelled the suscription program but yet a month latter they tried to send more. They do not answer emails in a timely manner, shipments should not take over 2 weeks so you only have 2 weeks for a tial yet they ship again. Not Happy with their customer service.

I purchased this 1 month ago . Empty packages came twice forcing me to pay $175 in shipping fees for an empty box ? Customer service is horrible. There is no proper line of contact. This advertising is misleading and distasteful. I never got the coffee .

Pure SCAM. Being charged for items never received. Repeated inquiries remain unresolved.

After not receiving shipping updates, I received the order. I don’t care for it so asked to cancel my order. I think they must stall in the delivery of the first order because they charge your account for the second order 30 days after the first order NOT 30 days after receipt. What a scam. And just TRY to cancel it per their instructions. I’ve been battling them for about 3 weeks. They send me a link to the portal where they say I can cancel it. The link says I don’t have an order. I’ve notified my bank to stop any future payments from this company.

I was excited to try this product because of the ingredients. I had received an notice from both Erth Labs and Canada Post that my parcel had been delivered to my mailbox. Checked n Nothing. After several days of checking the mailbox, still nothing. So requested a refund. instead of a refund, Erth Labs decided to send another order. Again, I got the notifications and again no package has arrived. I just want a refund!

I love the taste, but even when I pay extra for faster shipping it still takes forever. I ordered again on the 7th of July, and the same day ordered atlas coffee, the atlas came in on the 11th with free shipping. Erth has not been shipped yet as of 7/12/26 and I paid Erth extra for faster shipping. I love the taste but you have to do better.

Well I don’t want to repeat what everyone already mentioned. Do not order from this company. In fact don’t order from any company that the only way you can contact them is through email. That should be a “new” red flag for all of us. I’m so aggravated with this company I can’t even write this review because it would be too long. Another red flag is they haven’t replied to any of the comments on this site. Save yourself months of aggravation, because that is how long it took them to tell me how to “officially” cancel.

Erth Labs is by far one of the worst company's for customer support, i would warn you to not order their coffee. First off the coffee has no taste, its like drinking hot water. Secondly, you get absolutely no response when you try and get in touch with their customer support. They will, however bombard you with emails asking you to write them a review after you purchase coffee. I responded to their request for a review by asking for help to cancel my subscription, which has been totally ignored. After countless attempts to cancel my subscription thru their website, which was not successful by the way, I had to call my bank and ask my bank not to allow any more charges from this company to go thru, and after all that, they still tried to charge my card as I got an email from erth labs this morning saying to please update my card information. As if!! Worst company ever! DO NOT BUY THEIR COFFEE!!

The worst. Waiting over 3 weeks to get the order delivered. Only delivered after I threatened with complaint to Federal Trade Commission. Cannot cancel subscription as nothing works. This company is a scam.

This company is a scam. I placed an order and their shipping company said it was out for delivery for over a week. I have sent numerous emails to Erth Labs to both their emails listed on their website, however, I have not had one response in over a week. The shipping company, UniUni is also a joke of a company. I tried to chat with them and they don't respond. All scam companies. I went on Erth labs website to cancel my subscription, but when I enter my email, I get a message that my email doesn't exist. However they email me promotion emails all the time. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT'S A SCAM COMPANY. I am going to file a dispute with my bank.

The coffee is good but being able to cancel the subscription was impossible. Fact, I don't even know if I for sure did it just kept timing out timing out timing out, I emailed at least 3 times saying please cancel my subscription, no one to get ahold of only use the computer and it doesn't work. I don't think so I finally had to have my credit card cancel any further payments. I do like the coffee I think it's overpriced , but otherwise the cop is good service very bad

I have not received my order I would really like a refund of my money on that order please!
