mnfurnitures.co.uk レビュー

the delivery was very quick the men who delivered were very friendly and the wardrobes were very good value al very exellent

It felt like a scam!!!
I ordered a wardrobe with an agreed amount for the installation services. But once the wardrobe was delivered, they totally changed their tone. They wanted 300% more on the installation charges. I am yet to open the packaging of the wardrobe! Wondering what should I do!
Don't fall into their trap. Zero customer care!

Bought this for my daughters bedroom, fits tv on lovely with my daughters Xbox and switch underneath.
We was tight on space so wanted something to go on the box that goes over the stairs.
Highly recommend.

Very good service, updates in all stages. Prompt delivery with a call from delivery driver an hour before. Good quality wardrobe with stunning design mirrored sliding doors.

Mnfurnitures.co.uk or Sliding Doors 4 U Ltd?? Who know what name this company is trading under? Best Avoided.

Quick delivery. Product as shown. Did take a good while to assemble. Looks good.

I ordered 203cm Lisbon grey wardope though Facebook, excellent customer service. Kept me updated through out from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

Great wardrobes, would purchase again *********👌👌

Great value wadrobe, solid design, fast delivery... and the delivery drivers were so helpful, making sure the product was somewhere safe and not in the way. I would definatley use and recommend MN Furnitures

I bought 250cm Chicago- almost didn't down to reviews but chanced it due to the fact it was over 200 cheaper here than anywhere else
Delivery was extremely quick and they guys that assembled were great
The final product was slightly different than I expected as I was sent a photo of the product I wanted to order and the final product I got has a rail missing they supplied 2 not 3 had a light missing I was supplied 2 not 3 and had 2 shelves missing I contacted mn furniture but they've just ignored it

Wouldn’t even rate it a 1 rip offffffff !!!!!

I ordered an Oxford sofabed and was contacted by MN furniture later a few days later to offer another sofa without any explanation in the email ???. I enquired why they offered us another sofa and told out off stock the one i ordered when advertise high volume off stock on their website for the sofa I ordered. I requested a refund which having to get PayPal involved in the end eventually got the refund in my favour. Was not a nice experience to try to get your money back and making it difficult and delaying fund as getting PayPal involved I got funds back but I feel would have been an extremely difficult position if PayPal were not involved with MN furniture. My experience was not a good one and I would be very careful and see they have what you order in stock before you pay even if they say on the website it's in stock as this is not the case as you will have a hard time to get your funds back which in my experience had to be with the help of PayPal intervention . Avoid if you don't want the hassle as my experience was a bad one and best to keep away to avoid any stress.

I ordered a wardrobe and waited 1 week, didnt get it. They just called and said you will get it next week (who knows which day?) and it will be 30£ higher price. Not recommend this company. By the way everyday they are asking for 10£ deposit

Worst quality furniture I have ever come across coupled with no support. Avoid unless you want a big headache.

I will Never buy from this company again
Wardrobe delivery date changed three times and customer service was very bad. The telephone number does not work.
Only delivered part order and still awaiting the other part of order which was placed on October 1 it is now 10 nov.

Hello Everyone,

I have come on this platform to let you know Mr Naveed Ahmed Bhatti and his team is running a unprofessional business,

They sent me damaged goods and a unprofessional fitter, a household member was injured,

I have all the evidence needed to prove the above, please don’t waste your time and money hear,

Would highly recommend you take your money somewhere else.

Mr Bhatti and his team think it’s appropriate too laugh at a unhappy customer and tell them do what you can do.

As they’ve already been paid and don’t care about there customers

Ordered sofa-bed, delivered on time, good communication. No issues, happy with my purchase.
