Problemlösung

Bei dem von mir gekauften Kajak gab es ein Problem mit der Finne, das ich der Firma gemeldet habe. Ich sollte daraufhin das Kajak zurÃŒckschicken zur Begutachtung. Das Problem wurde behoben, und nach drei Wochen bekam ich das Kajak zurÃŒck.
Die Korrespondenz in dieser Angelegenheit war Àußerst angenehm, freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend beantwortet.
