Prompt, honest, friendly and efficient service.

I had my car SORN for 5 years and needed a new battery. The AA refused to help me because the car wasn't taxed (Hello! its SORN) so I contacted MCBR. Nozim called me within half an hour of filling out the brief online form and was ready to come to help me. I didn't need it that fast so we arranged for the next day. Nozim arrived bang on time and was very polite and helpful. I think it took him less than 15 minutes to change the battery and disappear off into the sunset with a smile. Nice guy. Thank you Nozim, great job.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service - replaced a battery in a Nissan Juke. Responded quickly, was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. Would 100% recommend.
