Mike turned up on time and fitted the stair lift as promised for my parent’s house, the neatness was first class and excellent value, and we are all very pleased, I would recommend using this company.

Mike from Mobility 1st went above and beyond with relocating a stairlift from my uncle's property to my mum's home when it was urgently required. Initial enquiry made on the Friday, collected it from Manchester on the Monday, striped down and checked it over then installed at my mum's in Forest of Dean on the Wednesday. Excellent professional service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Start to finish, we were completely reassured about everything.
Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful team. I can not recommend them enough. They have made mine and my mums life so much better through not having to worry about my mum climbing the stairs. From calling late Thursday afternoon, Mike arrived promptly Friday morning and fitted my mums new lovely stair lift. We are extremely pleased with everything and did not feel pressured at all. We were reassured from the start that it would be on our time scale if and when we wanted to go ahead and that when we were ready, so would they be. Thank you so much once again!

Having spoke to several well known companies providing stairlifts, Mobility first was the obvious choice! They were highly accommodating and from start to finish they applied no pressure on us and were so helpful and friendly. Not to mention the most reasonably priced! Mike done such a wonderful job installing the stairlift, not only was he very knowledgeable on the stairlifts he was respectful of our home too.

We had been thinking about getting a chair lift put in for some time. We were introduced to Mobility First and from the initial conversation through to completion, they have been amazing. It has immediately changed our lives and we are no longer worried about having to negotiate the stairs when going out or getting the shopping up stairs. Fantastic service!! Carly helped and advised me whilst I was dealing with a sensitive situation and arranged to have my stairlift removed within several hours. Mike came to remove the stairlift and was professional and polite. Lovely to deal with a company who care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile! Couldn’t recommend enough!
