Will never deal with this Company again . I ordered a Faring for my 15 Street glide I thought I was dealing with a Company in the USA only to find out it’s coming from China by boat over a month before it lands in the USA then no idea to reach my house by UPS . Terrible service and try and reach someone to talk too go luck . Bullshit responses from an automated bot . BUYER BEEARE WHEN DEALING WITH THEM

Shipping was slow, but the product is high quality and paint match is perfect. Price is fair and install was pretty easy.

So the hand guards color matched great and looks great. Here is my issue.

If you have a Road Glide then you can secure the hand guards on the bike with the mirrors. I have a Street Glide so my mirrors are on my fairing.

SO, to me, that means the kit should have the mounting hardware I need to secure the hand guards to my hand controls. We should not have to pay that kind of money for an incomplete kit.

Then when I emailed them to try and explain, they kept talking about how there are installations videos and sent me one which tells me they know nothing about motorcycles and the products they are actually selling.

So be cautious.

They have followed through with everything they say and so far the products are top notch

The lower fairings that I order look great on the 2023 Harley Davidson Street Glide 120th Anniversary Edition. The paint colors matched perfectly! Great Job

It was not listed on there site but contacted them and they had it but was not listed yet they made me a one off order page to order lowers with speaker pods and tour pack to match. Very helpful easy to deal with.only concern was shipping company delivered to wrong address luckily I have good neighbours

A FedEx label was created on 7/24/24. It just lists a Label was created and has not moved from that location since creation. Your website also only says an order has been created. So I’m not even sure the order was completed or if it actually even shipped.

I still have not received my products. I spent close to $1300.00 and I have sent several messages and emails. No one is giving me any answers. What answers I do get are computer generated and those answers have not been true. Like products are shipped in 3 days after ticket with shipper is created. At this point its been 17 days. I saw the latest I should get my stuff is 19 days or less. As of now tracking number says there has been a ticket created. That was over 7 days ago. I am becoming very concerned and worried because of the lack of communication and I dont believe they can get my stuff to me in 2 days when the ticket was created in California and I live in Ohio. The 2 more days will be 19 days in which the website says is the longest for shipping. I just want my stuff and hopefully dont have to fight for a refund. Maybe the company will reach out to me now. I sent 2 messages today which was over 14 hours ago and no response as of now.
