Pleasantly Surprised

I was apprehensive about trying a brand I had never heard of before, but the sale price was too good to pass up. Other companies had a 4 week wait for this color. I ordered and received the rear fender extension for my Street Glide Special in approximately 5 days. The bike's color is River Rock Grey, and the color match was perfect. The paint quality was very good; no drips, runs, or other defects were found. The piece itself was sturdy, thick mil plastic, indistinguishable from another I have from a well-known brand, but this one was considerably less expensive. The fitment was spot on, making installation a breeze. I would not hesitate to buy products from Mocardine in the future.

Haven’t received my order

Prior to ordering I was told tour pack was US stock and should have in 10 days. 2 weeks went by with nothing. Contacted customer support twice with no response. Finally had to contact them through facebook messenger, they told me it was shipped and sent me a tracking number. Tracking number didn’t come up as anything. Contacted them again through fb messenger and they tell me it’s stuck in customs. I asked them how is it stuck in customs when they told me it was in US stock? Well again I got no response. Customer service is terrible. At this point I still have no tour pack, can’t get a straight answer from anyone and I’m starting to think this is might not a legit company.

Since placing my order

Since placing my order. I’ve never received a shipment date. It’s been over three weeks and I have no information on my order other than I order it and Mocardine has received a payment for my order. No customer service or than email.All I want to no is. When will my order ship and when will I receive it

We very much welcome customers to communicate with us. We respond to customer emails within 24 hours, and our online store also has a live chat function and phone number. Maybe there was a misunderstanding.
