Shipping and customer service wasn’t too bad, but I was upset to see the other day that the heart shaped ring holder is already tarnished and I’ve
only had it for a month. Very disappointing.

Tche ase is cheap and quality is horrible. Missing part of the paper. Refused to refund. This site us a fraud and scam.

Overall customer service experience was good, now the case itself is another story, unfortunately it did not fit well, the design does not meet the expectations for the device. I would have liked to keep the case but seems like the quality of the item is poor. Maybe quality control should be improved.

Very bad quality product

The connector is being part of the casing and not built onto cloth is much dirtier than my previous cases before.

Good service when I ordered wrong size. However, clasp on wallet part wasn’t long enough to clasp and close the wallet. Looked a bit cheaper than I was expecting. Won’t be using unfortunately.

Came in kind of misshaped. Did not cover one of the corners very well and also looked very used. It had scratches and the corners looked like it had been dropped quite a few times. Not super happy and the shipping took a long time. Won’t order here again
