Modaminx レビュー

Let me just start by applauding the team on and behind the camera on tiktok as they all go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need despite the high demand and always so courteous! Secondly the products themselves the quality is outstanding and it looks gorgeous on it just oozes luxury ! Thank you again x

Obsessed with moda minx! Everything is always so gorg and true to size 💕

Bikini broke after an hours wear - not even in water. Embellishments came away from the top and bottoms. These bikinis aren't cheap so I don't see why the quality is.
Main reason for the review is they ignore you, 3 emails and a fb message all ignored.

Had to purchase another bikini and sarong matching set. I've bought so, many over the last month, Chloe and the team are delightful to shop with and Modaminx is by far the best tik tok shops. Thanks, Best wishes Melanie Fitzpatrick

** I Love Moda Minx **

I have been a customer of Moda Minx for years, I have over 30 bikinis! I am addicted. The quality is outstanding, and I own pretty much every single style - in multiple colours!!!

Highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel 10/10!

I ordered my wife a bathing suit to her size the top is way to big for a medium my wife is a 36d and it slides off her boobs. i tried to put in an exchange they said to late.

I purchased two bikinis both with medium size bottoms. After wearing one set on holiday I decided I wanted a smaller size bottoms so returned the unworn pair.
The return system is frustrating as I had to pay £4 for tracked delivery. The item arrived at the warehouse on 29th Sept I sent numerous emails asking when I would receive a refund.
On 15th October I received the item back in the post with no note.
I sent further email asking what had happened. I received a response saying the item had been worn and there were marks inside. This is an absolute lie as I haven’t worn them and the protective layer is still inside them. What a disgraceful and underhanded way to refuse a return. I have purchased a number of bikinis and I have even replaced the bikini bottoms with a small size but I will not purchase again and I will not recommend this company.
BE AWARE THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURNS!!!!!!

Awful company don’t want to accept returns or refund avoid! I’ve sent 5 emails over a 6 week period requesting to return a faulty bikini that I took on holiday and the embellishment came away after wearing once. This was not a cheap item so I expected it to last. I have received no response to any of my emails and their messenger just directs me to the same email address help@modaminx that I’ve sent 5 emails to. I would think very carefully about purchasing from this company their customer service is disgraceful. I’m left with a bikini I couldn’t wear and unable to in the future. So Moda Minx just choose to ignore customer hoping they will tire of asking to return for a refund and disappear! Awful company!

To return items I had to use Express mailing because I live in the Netherlands it cost me 30 euro(,never ever have I heared of such a thing!!! )Because Modaminx doesnt add a returnticket. To make things wors the customservice is very poor and they respond in a very nasty, non professional way. Poorest custumservice ever. So do not order from the webshop but use Zalando instead if you want to order. Never ever again.

Awful company. First time I have purchased and I spent over £180 and none of the items are suitable. They won’t give me a refund so what I waste only a store credit and there is nothing else I like. I will never be purchasing from this website again!

Love moda bikinis!! the best there is 💖💖

very un helpfulll
quite rude with the response about a refund
i sent parcel back and have proof of the reund but will not give me a refund

Quality of bikini is amazing! Ordered basic crop and fixed in the most gorgeous red!
Quick shipping too
Now waiting for next delivery as I was so impressed with my first order!

I recieved a bikini as a birthday gift and unfortunately doesn't fit. I reached out to arrange an exhange however was told that they don't do exchanges so I would need to return and repurchase. As this was a gift it had past the 14day return policy and are now ignorning my emails and refusing a refund. This is really disappointing as the items are not cheap and will now be wasted as I won't be able to return it.

MODA MINX SWIMWEAR IS UNREAL!!! If you don’t know, get to know!! I cannot recommend highly enough!! Absolutely obsessed! I have over 30 bikinis and counting - can’t stop won’t stop buying!!! 🤣 10000/10! LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Bought a sequin bikini a while ago and also stone colour today !! So excited to wear them on my vegas trip - honestly best quality swimwear. Was actually in vegas last year that I asked a girl where her stuff was from and she said Moda ! Since then no looking back xxx

Just ordered the most stunning bikini from moda minx, can’t wait to wear on holiday! Really reasonable price and came super quick, the girls on tiktok live are so lovely. Can’t wait to order some more 💖

Absolutely adore moda minx and all the girls on tiktok lives who always try their best to give you what you want! Amazing swimwear and so flattering! Thanks girls!

Worst swimwear brand EVER! The bikinis are really poor quality. The jewels fall off. The dye runs. You can’t even wear the SWIMWEAR In water and they don’t do refunds. I think sheins swimwear is better quality and that’s saying something. They ask you to leave a nice review for 10% off. I think this company is really dodgy. It’s probably run by criminals and I think they need investigating!

Abysmal customer service

Really lets the brand down - I have been a loyal customer for years

Customer service team are non existent and totally incompetent
