Please do not buy from this website its a scam. I put an order in, it never turned up. I raised it with my bank - Lloyds who were brilliant and refunded me, they raised a complaint with the company and surely enough I received a dress two days after lloyds sent a complaint - i saw from the receipt they sent it on the day lloyds complained on my behalf. The dress is awful, its like old curtains and nothing like the picture or order. Absolute scam of a company stay clear.

I did order a dress on 3rd Dec for quick deliveries paying extra. The dress never arrived, I couldn’t check the tracking no one answered to my email. Very disappointed. This company is a totally scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. THEIR REGISTERED ADDRESS IN THE NETHERLANDS IS A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY WITH NO RECORD OF MODESIA LINKED TO IT. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND THE ITEMS. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES IN THE NETHERLANDS

One star only because I have to select an option. Delivery took forever and when my items arrived the event I had ordered them for had passed. Good luck trying to get a refund as I am still waiting for a reply back about mine

Terrible company. The dress I was sent is nothing true to size. Maybe it would fit a doll? Took ages to receive and now that I am requesting a refund no reply. I will take this to my credit card company.

I bought a dress that didn’t look anything like advertised. It was a copy of an original. I sent it back with my own funds for postage and am still awaiting refund after 6 months which I had been promised as soon as when they receive my IBAN number and acc details. I am sending a medsage at least once a week and no one is responding. I am in touch with consumer rights / advice beareau and whoever is in in same situation do the same. I was advised they are looking into this company and they will act appropriately! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY JUST TAKE YIUR MONEY FOR NOTHING

Stole my money no items and no refund. Fraud

This is by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I placed an order worth nearly £300 with Modesia, and not only did I never receive the goods, but the customer service has been completely non-existent.

I contacted them over 10 times, asking to cancel the order before it was shipped — no reply. When they finally did respond weeks later, they claimed the order had already been shipped (conveniently right after I asked for a refund) — but I never received it. They refuse to issue a full refund and instead offered a 20% refund to keep dresses I don’t even have.

To make things worse:

There is no working phone number to contact them
They ignore emails
They falsely claim their products are shipped from the Netherlands — but they come from China
They refuse to provide a return label or return address

This company is deceptive and unprofessional, and I have reported them to my bank as fraudulent. If you value your money and sanity, do not order from this site. I’m now pursuing this through legal channels.

rubbish , don’t order from them because you will end up paying custom’s fees !

I placed an order on 3rd of april and it is 19th today and i have not got my order. They are so clever that they mark the order delivered and then say oh we delivered at the wrong address. If you ask for refund, they dont initiate the process. Their representative is constantly doing word play with me. I am going to file a police report against both this modanisa and the kargo company if by monday they dont send my hard-earned money back.

DON’T BUY FROM HERE !

I placed an order on 3rd March 2023 (4 items for use in Ramadan ) order total £30.67 using PayPal to arrive to UK. My items didn’t arrive. I’ve lived 35 years at this UK address and hardly ever had any delivery issues and we order a lot online.

I used the WhatsApp support then emails to enquire why my items hadn’t arrived and was told numerous different stories as follows:

- the order will arrive in next few days
- that FedEx had insufficient address information for me ( even though my order receipt states my full address)
- they then claimed that my order had been delivered and the address was somewhere in Israel! When I asked them to check the order again they said sorry that’s for a different order number… yours is due to arrive in next few days
- they got my order number mixed with another order number multiple times whilst checking the tracking
- I asked them to track where my parcel was at then I was told the parcel is returning back to Turkey!
- I then asked for a refund and they said I will get that once they get their goods back!
- they open cases and close them without actually resolving anything whatsoever
- horrendous shambles of customer service

See where this is all going? Complete and utter fraudulent company I’m surprised they have such a big social media platform. Behind the scenes all criminals clearly.

I have emailed again for my refund and next stage is to raise dispute with PayPal because they can’t blag their way out of that one!

AVOID BUYING FROM THESE CROOKS

I have got in touch with the support team two weeks ago my package which was supposed to arrive 15th Feb went missing through FedEx whom I have contacted and they have let me know in writing that it is missing. After which I contacted modanisa to issue my refund as I do not want any extra hassle. They have told me to wait for Fedex to carry out investigations but my issue is that it has been more than two weeks since I have contacted and we’ll over a month since my package should have arrived, I just want my money back at this point. I am extremely disappointed and advise potential customers to be wary!! Even though I have had no problems with my previous orders, this time I have first hand experienced their customer service and I am gutted!!!

after my review here on Trustpilot, I got a reply from modanisa about having to contact them. I did that.

they opened a case yesterday and have closed it again today.. without any kind of solution at all

I would give zero if i could! Ordered and they sent me wrong size so I returned items. Since 7th October been waiting for my refund which they won't give! Message them every day and all I get is false promises. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I had bought an item which I wasn’t given delivery information about HOWEVER when the package arrived I was very much pleased with it. (Hence 2 stars!)

However, the second time I shopped from them, the items that I had purchased where too small in size (despite ordering same size as before). It took me forever to manage to place a return order as the app is very slow. But only to find out I’d be getting back a FRACTION of the money that I paid. Delivery cost is too much but then the return is almost double. And they say it takes up to 2 MONTHS to process the return and payment will be paid back within 60 days!!!

I have shopped from other international businesses but this has to be the most expensive and complicated experience! Especially with returns! I’m sorry to say, but I won’t be buying again!

I have bought from Modanisa before and had no issues with both purchases and returns. However if you do have any problems they are impossible to work with. They do not get back to you and despite chasing nothing seems to get done. They have refunded me £27 less than they should have. And just wont give it back! Such a shame that a company that could be a pleasure o shop from becomes such a night mare

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but we ordered some clothes - they arrived early, were of good quality as described and we were happy.

Online company based in Turkey, I had my doubts but put in a small order to test the water. The initial warning sign was they had PayPal option but every time you tried to make payment through PayPal modanisa will come up with an error code & not accept PayPal but take your payment with bank card no error there. I guess they don't want you to have PayPal protection.
My order was sent with no door number, courier contacted me I gave them the door number.
Get an email today that my order was delivered but no order was delivered to my address, check the photo attached to my delivery its someone else's house god knows where.
Now let me explain to you how modanisa cowboys operate. Can you get in contact with them, IMPOSSIBLE. Their website only functions to take your money any grievance you have to communicate with them ie webchat, email or phone will not work. Their webpage crashes when trying to contact them but no problems in the taking your money section. Absolute Garbage of company.

I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews. My experience has been great! I ordered several items and they arrived within the time frame provided. One of the items was the wrong size so I contacted the customer services team and they arranged for a refund in no time. The money was in my account two days later. Overall very satisfied. I'll buy from this company again
