Die Seite ist ein riesen Scam! Die Ware kommt aus dem billigsten Kraftwerk aus China. Das letzte Müll wird gelefert, nur das etwas kommt. Geld zurück geht nicht. Beziehungsweise, da wird unendlich lang mit jemandem diskutiert und letztlich wird nichts.

Ordered November 22, 2025 - shipping took 10 weeks. I got 2 different tracking links. One showed product was delivered (from China) on Jan 5th - it wasn't. The other link said it was in customs in Italy.

Started another claim, then it showed on Jan 31.

Terrible - misinformation - product is crap

It's a Scam. Very Very poor cheep quality Shoes that no one would ever recommend them. Just advice to everyone please don't trust this website it's our hard earned money. I have been trying to return back to them. But unfortunately no luck.

Most disingeneous customer service experience.
Like everyone here: they missed the xmas cutoff, came in two months late, offered dismal compensation ($8 was their offer) and will drag the process on and on.

This company sells cheap Chinese products, poor quality the sizing is way off. I ordered Christmas Items for a party on November 15th, I tried to cancel after I missed the party on Dec.12th. Modeoutfit will give you false Tracking info that claims it has shipped. They refused said it was shipped. I protested the sale with PayPal in January, they were given 30 days to make a decision, The item showed up on Jan 15th 60 days after the order was placed. PayPal denied the claim

ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL SCAM!!! Reading the other Trustpiloit reviews, there is definitely a pattern to this company's behavior! 1) Order in late November for Christmas Item does not arrive until early January. 2) Wrong item sent and item is flimsy junk. 3) After begging/threatening for a full refund and return shipping label (because there's not even a packing slip in the delivery), THEY LIE and offer a refund and tell me to keep their garbage product. (I could only email because they have no other means of contact.) They then process an $11 refund for my $100+ order. When I ask for the rest of my refund, they tell me that was the "deal" they offered. Attorneys like me know it doesn't work that way, but you don't need a law degree to know unethical business practices when you see them. 4) Now they're no longer responding. SPREAD THE WORD--THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS AND "CUSTOMER SERVICE" SUCK!

Stay away! Hold jer væk.

Det de sender har intet med de billeder de viser på hjemmesiden at gøre. Det ligner ikke og er på ingen måde samme stof eller kvalitet som billederne viser.

De svarer ikke på mails.

Fup og svindel!

Der er lavet indsigelse (charge back) og den vej igennem har jeg fået mine penge igen. Trist at firmaet ikke bare refunderer pengene, men forsøger at gemme sig bag, en ide om at man skal sendes varen retur og betale for fragten - firmaet ville ikke betale for fragten.

HOLD JER LANGT VÆK.

Oh stay away from them! Sending faulty product and doest take any responsibility for refunds when u want to send them product back! I have received w xmass jumper with white dots all over it! When I send the pictures and said I whammy to return the product he offered me 4$ knowing I have paid 48$!

I spent $170 on what I thought would be a smart Christmas jacket, instead I got something cheap and nasty - completely different. I won't use them again

I bought a Christmas jacket, which in the publicity shows a corduroy jacket. When I receive the jacket, the quality was terrible 100% acrylic with printed images that I would never be seen wearing. The customer service is as bad as the quality of the jacket. It’s obvious that the response is you receive from their so-called customer services our automated responses using artificial intelligence and do not address the point you raised stay away from this company, they offer no refund refused to accept the material back and although their site says that it comes from the US, they tell you to return it. He needs to go to China total scam.

Scam!! They took over a month to deliver, sent me the wrong product, and then try to make it my cost- offering to refund me a few dollars and acting like there is nothing wrong

The company stole my money and lied... ordered a Holiday jacket in November. It has not arrived and their "package tracking" is a complete joke. I would never buy from this company again and am actively pursuing a refund.

Only gave 1 star because 0 wasn’t available. Absolute scam and rip off. Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Less than one star - do not order from this company ! Terrible . Ordered 3 items mid November for Christmas nights out etc - only two items arrived on 31st December, way too late quality shocking . Nothing like advertised . Flimsy fabric with poor print instead of the lovely looking fabric with embroidery embellishments as advertised. Spent the equivalent of $80 they offered me $7 and then upped it to $10 for the inconvenience! What an insult and still one item missing now in January and tracking number does not work .

As with others - total garbage and delivered late. Run - you will be disappointed. And customer service is awful. Product is nothing like photos on website. Ordered more than a month in advance. Arrived late.

Ordered a corduroy Christmas blazer in mid November. Received it today - 31st December. It isn’t at all as advertised- it’s a flimsy cotton blazer style jacket that is badly made and has printed decorative holly rather than the embroidery as pictured in the advert. So - not the product I wanted, arrived far too late to be of any use and arrived wrinkled and stuffed into a plastic bag.

I ordered a Christmas themed jacket at the start of December thinking it would arrive quickly because it was marketed as made in the USA. It’s December 30 and still no jacket and it’s been traveling from Sweden?!? I’ve reached out to their support twice now and they do nothing to address the issue and ignore any request for a refund. It’s either one of the worst run businesses in the world or a scam. Buyer beware!!

Horrible company to deal with and all of the other ratings are correct. They misplaced my Christmas clothing order and will not give me a refund. The clothes are Christmas themed and they are not getting the fact that we passed Christmas. Terrible customer service who just keep telling me to wait. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This webshop is a real scam. To all European citizins: do not order here. It is a chinese webshop that delivers a quality that not come even close to the picture shown in the shop. If you want to return the product, they offer you 10% of the paid amount. Do yourselve a big favor and leave the webshop now!

Gave this a 1 star ONLY because there isn't a ZERO star! I wish I could add pictures to my review. IT IS SO BAD! I ordered an amazing looking Christmas jacket with really cool cmas designs all over it. What I got was a cheap corduroy sweater type material thing. There were NO designs on the sleeves at all. I can't even describe enough how BAD it is!
