What you see on website is not what gets delivered and they don't follow their return and refund policy but play games with you. First they will offer $5, then maybe $8 and you paid $70. Total scam. I've never been so outraged and they just don't care. Oh, they apologize then do nothing. Total fraud. Colors don't match, fabric isn't the same and robotlike customer service,

Deutliche Warnung vor diesem Händler!
Händler schickte nach Bestellung weder Auftragsbestätigung noch Rechnung, auch nach mehreren Tagen nicht. Eine Belehrung über ein Rücktrittsrecht erfolgt nicht. Da mir das verdächtig vorkam, stornierte ich per E-Mail. Die Stornierung wurde beantwortet und abgetan mit der Behauptung, dass die Ware bereits verschickt wäre. Erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage erhielt ich Tage später Trackinginformationen, aus denen hervorging, dass das Versandlabel erst zwei Tage nach meinem Storno erstellt wurde. Bis heute habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten und der Händler weigert sich vehement, die nach vier Wochen gelieferten Artikel zurückzunehmen.
Hinzu kommt, dass die Ware miserabelste Qualität hat und zudem nicht einmal in der EU verkauft werden dürfte, da die vorgeschriebenen Textilkennzeichnungen fehlen. Die auf der Shop-Seite beworbene Herstellung in den USA ist sehr unwahrscheinlich, da das Paket aus Shenzen kam. Wohl eher ein Versuch, potentielle Käufer zu täuschen, die hohe Zölle in den USA befürchten. Die Abbildungen auf der Website des Händlers suggerieren aufgesetzte Applikationen. Tatsächlich sind die Verzierungen nur auf dem Stoff aufgedruckt.
Man hat mir eine Teilerstattung von 10% angeboten, was immer noch unverschämt überteuert ist, wenn man die Qualität der gelieferten Ware zugrunde legt.
Definitiv kundenunfreundliches, betrügerisches und aus meiner Sicht zumindest in Teilen vorsätzlich illegales Handeln. Man setzt darauf, dass Käufer abgeschreckt sind, von ihren Rechten als Kunde Gebrauch zu machen, indem man die Ware verschickt und dann auf die aufwendige und teure Rückabwicklung hinzuweisen, die zulasten des Kunden gehen würden.

Werde wohl Anzeige wegen Betrugs und Verstoß gegen geltendes Handelsrecht erstatten.

SCAM - Do not order from moudeoutfit.com or any of the compnaies that offer a similar product in the picture....they all come from the same scam company in China. Read the fine print: They will automatically keep 30% of the purchase price, if they accept your return. I did not find any reviews of anyone getting a refund so that is also suspect. The products are not like the pictures and you will not get your order.

What a SCAM!
The product received has very few similarities to the product advertised!
You present a good looking, almost tailor fitted, deep coloured, high quality looking product.

What I received was the lowest, most cheep, distasteful, unshaped, thin, kids carnival costume.
This is not OK!

Other details where your product clearly is different form your advertised photo:
The Santa Clause is not corduroy - there are no tracks through him = sewn on.
The received is printed on
and even his head is parted in two and sewn together, deforming his face.
On the picture you have buttons on the sleeve.
not on the product received.
On your picture the product clearly has shoulder pads to stiffen the shoulder.
On the product received... well, it's just a rag!
On the picture you have tugged a nice white handkerchief in the breast pocket.
On the product received the breast pocket doesn't even exist. It's just a fake pocket.
On the picture you display nice brown front buttons.
On the product received: cheap, no good black plastic parts.
On the picture you display a nice deep corduroy.
On the product received: The colour is light and not as on the picture.
And the white material form behind shines through everywhere.
And please - just look at the to pictures attached next to each other.

This is a SCAM! I've ordered 3 items, they've delivered only 1 and claimed that the rest were in different package that waits for me in my post office (which wasn't true). They've charged me for 3 items, but they made a blockade for the same amount (around 150$), so it's like I've paid twice for the order. When I asked for the money to be returned and the blockade removed - NO RESPONSE. Furthermore - it's not an USA company, it's a "company" from CHINA that sells low quality products!!!

The worst ever company to deal with. i ordered a shirt in october and still waiting. i have mailed there support but it is allways the same answer. never ever buy anything from this company.

Do not purchase anything from this company. They are outright thieves. I ordered an item which was delivered fairly quickly. However, they did not send the item I ordered and when I inquired about returning it and getting the correct item, they refused to honor the request. They did offer to reimburse me a small amount of money but nowhere near the total purchase price. I explained all I want was the correct item I was basically told too bad.

Appears to be a classic bait and swirch. The material is entirely different from the picture (and not in a good way). The distrassed look is gone. I was looking forward to this shirt. I am trying to go through the return process which they are trying to duck out on. If you see Modeoutfit on a Facebook advertisement run.

Mottok et annet langt dårligere produkt enn det som ble bestilt. Selger nektet å mottat returnen og å refundere pengene. Elending kundeservice, og kun tilbud om en liten rabatt, selv om produktet som ble mottatt var helt uinteressant å beholde

Modtog et krøllet stykke stof som intet havde med det billede at gøre, som jeg havde købt udfra.
Firmaet tilbyder mig 6 euro i kompensation. Det er fuldstændig til grin. Hold dig langt væk
I øvrigt har det intet med USA at gøre. Det bliver shippet fra Kina

The product was subpar. It was a washed out print instead of the vibrant quality showing on the site. The sizes don't match their size chart so a 4xl fits like a 2xl. I asked to return the item, they refused it saying they sent the size I asked for, only offering me $10 then finally after a week offered$25. They do not support customer service.

Absolutely a scam company. Delivery took 4 weeks and the item that arrived was cheap and badly made. What should have been corduroy was polyester and thin. Stay clear of them

I had a fear if it a scam or not, so instead of few things I have bought just one - shirt with embroidered Xmas trees. At pictures it looked really cool - embroidery was kind of luxurious. Reality? Instead of that is just printed, not embroidered. Colours are faded, at eshop pictures it was glossy. What looked like luxury at eshop is in reality like a dishcloth. Definitely will not be used and worn at Xmas, will be directly thrown away. It is scam, dont buy ANYTHING.

I purchased a Christmas Coat and when the product arrived it was cheaply made and did not fit. The XL was more like a L Slim. As per return policy I requested a return label and they refused offering me a refund of only $4, then $6, then $7 and then $14. Furthermore they charged my card $69.97 for a charge that should have been $58.88.

Bought a few items, paid for “VIP SHIPPING” only to be told they cannot provide me with a tracking number or estimated date.
