Great product

As a coach to many of Australia's elite cyclists Modex is something I have been recommending to my athletes for years. I use it myself and believe the product does enhance recovery from training and performance during events through enhanced oxidative efficiency during exercise and reduced reactive oxygen stress after training and racing.

Have had it for 2 weeks now loading 40-50ml and 100ml 2 to 3 times a week. Am doing a heavy amount of training and haven’t really noticed any benefit another then drinking something new in the morning yet. My recovery is still similar with out it. Let’s see how it goes for another month or so…

Great product. Great taste. Using in conjunction with other lifestyle changes so difficult to categorically say this is a super elixir but currently experience increased stamina, muscle growth, weight loss and more energy. Also waking up earlier with more energy to kickstart the day with a workout which is a change from 4 weeks ago.

I have been taking modes for 3 weeks now and i feel stronger on the bike and seem to recover better.

Modex is an awesome supplement, it works really really well! I think it’s slightly sold as this will make you stronger and you will have more aerobic capacity! Whilst it may do that the biggest thing for me has been the time between recovery and being able to perform again has drastically decreased, which is a dream because this means the recovery process has shortened!! I definitely do notice when I don’t have it too, you feel just (in my case) a lot more DOMS in affect!

Fast delivery and great service

Consistency is key, that’s better said than done. I find myself in small troths going in and out of training based on fatigue and general health. A couple of triathlon mates raved about this product and I haven’t looked back I’m always on, there’s no in between while I’m on Modex.

I am 4 months post Ross River Fever diagnosis with joint pain still and am prescribed high dose anti-inflammatory meds. I have been taking the meds so I can exercise but the pain has been fatiguing and means I slept between 4-5pm every day to recharge to have enough energy to cook dinner. I gave Modex a go.

Within 24 hours I had powered through the day. It was such a surprise I didn’t notice it until I went to bed that I didn’t need a sleep that afternoon. Now, 3 weeks into taking Modex I am doing PB run times and recovering so much faster. I take anti-inflammatories 2-3 times a week now rather than every day.

The only thing I have changed is Modex. The stuff works!

Manger was a great to deal with couldn’t help enough bought a washer and fridge freezer at great prices and they were top of range lots of great stock at low prices would recommend that your get down there bag your self a bargain. Thank you Modex p McGovern
