Definitely helps me! Whenever I take this stuff consistently (ie. daily) I find my recovery greatly improves to the point where sometimes I even feel fully recovered even after a hard workout the day... もっず芋る

I’ve been using it for about a month


I’ve been using it for about a month and I do feel better on the bike in terms of muscle soreness and recovery. I am not sure though if it’s the extra Mg+ I’m also taking or the Modex. I’d love to read more actual scientific evidence about the claims Modex makes. It’s also very expensive and near on impossible to afford taking long term. The flavour is pleasant and easy on the stomach. I’d definitely consider continuing taking long term if the price was more attractive.

Hey Robbie. I would say there is a combination going on here, since Modex assists blood flow and hence an increased uptake of nutrients and oxygen into your muscle cells. If you head to our website and to our journal section, you can read up and many of the clinical trials around improving endurance, improving blood flow and reducing inflammation. The papain enzyme in the formula assists with making it easy on the stomach

Taste was ok

Taste was ok, I can’t say I noticed any significant changes in mood or performance, but I should imagine the gains are gradual.

I would like to continue trailing Modex but the price is the downside of this product.

Hey Owen. Please give it up to 1 month of taking daily (approx 1 litre) this is consistent with the dosages in clinical trials to improve blood flow and significantly reduce inflammtion. If you do have existing inflammation, it may take a little more (up to 2 litres).

Internal health

I’m not the athlete I use to be. But I love this product in that it has helped me with my blood flow in my health and with my CO2. The amount of healthier I feel internally is amazing with Modex. With having an active work life. It has helped with health and energy to train after being on feet all day 👍

Hey Danny. It is amazing how well you feel internally. Improving blood flow is assisting with nutrient and oxygen uptake so your body functions more efficiently. Knocking out inflammation means you can promote healing in the body each day, no matter what kind of stress you are putting on it.

Starting taking modex 10 weeks out from


Starting taking modex 10 weeks out from the Melbourne half marathon this year. Assisted greatly in my prep. I recovered quicker and seemed to build my endurance quicker than previous training blocks. Overall I beat my PB by over 2mins

How good! Congrats. Cant put it all down to Modex as you still need to put in the training but it does assist with training more when you're out there.

Love the product

Love the product, definitely can go longer and deeper into training but also as a large human I tend to cramp alot, not with modex!
Delivery could be a bit faster though

Best Endurance Supplement

I’ve been using Modex for about 8 months. This stuff is great for endurance athletes! Helps keep inflammation down from training as well as help you train harder by increasing blood supply to muscles. I saw improvement on all my times across the board increasing my performance by up to 20%

As an Ironman AG Athlete and a Type 1


As an Ironman AG Athlete and a Type 1 Diabetic, I have relied on MODEX for the past 3 full distance IM to recover after each of my longer sessions and to be able to back it up continuously. Over and over and over again.
On race day - 100ml seems to stop me from falling into the hole many athletes fall into... A bloody game-changer!!
