Scammers!! Avoid

They charged me 0.40 euro, but they didn't deliver, only to wake up tomorrow to be charged 40 euro.I had to lock my card.

Just scammers. They offer a one-time service for 0.50 cents which surprisingly didn’t work, I couldn’t download my diles.
Next day they just charged me for 40 euros. More, I asked for refund so they just…deleted my account! Avoid!!!

The 49p I paid initially didnt even work - file was surprisingly unavailable - thought I had cancelled there and then - no charged by £16.73 the following day - there options are Cancel or Leave - make sure you press cancel and block any recurring payments on your cards - waste of space!

They're scammers. They offer a one-time service for 0.50 cents. All information about 19.95 euros for subsequent tariffs is hidden. Even though they reply through the mail that all the information is available. They're charging you money without your knowledge!
It's all temporary!

So this site operates on a scam where you have to register just using your email address and you have to pay a fee of 0.50€. The site states that you will get your login information via email but they just send you an empty email. If you choose to recover your password, you'll also just get an empty email. So if you log out by any chance or you discover you've been paying the fee of 39.95€ for a couple of months it is highly likely that you won't be able to access your profile because a password has never been set. Cancel your subscription in case you are still logged in by going to the My Account tab, then go to payments and at the bottom of the page you'll see an option for cancellation. If you struggle to navigate the site because it's in Spanish then click the three dots in the upper right corner of your browser and find the translate option. If you don't have access to your account then contact your credit card company and cancel your credit card straight away.

Scam!!!! They charge you 39.90 Euros fraudulently

I did not knowingly sign up for a subscription and can not cancel.Modify App is a total scam. They are not an app that you will find on your iPhone or imac so you cannot log in to cancel. As you have no account, you cannot log in to cancel your subscription. May have to cancel credit card now. Keep away from them they are a scam similar to glowtutor.

They are con artists. Please don't use them as they are con men.

Modify.app is a deceptive, borderline fraudulent service that tricks users into unwanted subscriptions. I only intended to pay €0.50 for a simple file conversion, but 24 hours later, they charged me €39.95 without my consent!

There was no clear notification about an automatic subscription, and after the charge, I couldn't even find a proper way to cancel it. Their support email is useless, and they make it intentionally difficult to contact them.

If you’ve been scammed like me, immediately contact your bank and request a chargeback! I had to cancel my card to prevent further unauthorized transactions.

This company is using predatory tactics to steal from unsuspecting users. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! Report them and warn others before more people fall victim to their shady business model.

This website is an absolute con. NEVER KEY IN YOUR CREDIT CARD details here. It charges a small fee for the first trial and it will continue to charge you without your consent. Read all the other reviews from all the other victims here.

Hides subscription in terms and conditions; after paying 50 cents to download the converted pictures they begin charging 39,95 EUR per month.

No follow up emails to inform you of this

Vorsicht: Ich musste 59 Cent dafür bezahlen, eine kleine AVI-Datei in MP4 zu konvertieren. Ein ungewöhnlich niedriger Preis. Um die Datei zu erhalten, musste ich meinen Namen und meine E-Mail-Adresse angeben. Der Betrag wurde sofort meiner Kredikarte belastet.
Danach wurden mir am folgenden Tag 49,95 Euro für ein Monatsabo abgebucht. Obwohl ich sehr vorsichtig im Internet bin, wurde mir kein Hinweis auf ein Abo angezeigt

same as everybody. paid 50c for a file and they have been deducting 39,95 for months now. just found out. No way of getting in contact with them either

scammed .. charged my card ... if you been a victim.. proceed to file a complaint at Internet Crime Complaint Center and European Consumer Centre (ECC)

esperienza truffaldina dei veri ladri , converti pochi file ti addebitano 50 centesini e il giorno dopo ti ritrovi con 39.95 euro di meno e leggendo altre persone mensilmente fanno la stessa cosa

I've been scammed as many others, by this scam service. I've paid for converting few files and automatically been charged on the next day for a monthly subscription, I've never subscribed for. AVOID!!! SCAM!!!

Scam! Paid 50 cent's for one file conversion and they charged 40 euro. The customer service is also a scam. Trying to get my password reset is also a challenge as they keep sending a blank email.
