Amazing customer aftercare service
I bought the Inaya Cream kingsize ottoman lift bed. Itâs beautiful to look at, aesthetically very pleasing and the velvet material is of good quality. However it was creaking loudly.
After raising my concerns with the company, I can honestly say their aftercare was the most refreshing and customer centric I have ever experienced. They kindly sent multiple new components, but in the end, they sent me a no quibble full refund which I received within 2 days.
Itâs evident this company prides itself on treating customers with respect, and takes greater pride in the quality of their products, which gives me absolute faith to purchase from them again.
