Unfortunately, during December courier companies are under extreme pressure, and their reliability and communication can be unpredictable despite scheduled delivery windows. While we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, the final delivery is handled entirely by the courier, and situations like this are regrettably outside of our direct control.

We’re glad to hear your neighbour was able to help prevent a missed delivery, and we truly appreciate your patience during such a busy time of year. Your feedback is valuable and will be taken on board when reviewing our courier options.
