Absolute, unterirdische Katastrophe!
Meine Jacke, praktisch nie getragen, einige Monate alt, wies ein offensichtlicher Qualitätsmangel auf. Es benötige 4 Anläufe mit viel Zeitaufwand beim Customer Service (WhatsApp, Formular, E-Mail und Boutique). Immer das gleiche…Einsendung von X Bildern, darauf folgten unpassende Standard Antworten und Wartezeiten von Monaten (ich soll einen Schneider des Vertrauens aufsuchen…lachhaft…wenn sie nicht mal „Ersatzmaterial“ beschaffen können)
Das Resultat? Ich bin selbst Schuld am Mangel (Unterstellung, Einwirkung von externem Element) Bitte was??? 0.0 Bereitschaft auf Kunden einzugehen. Kompromislösung? Never! Man merkt, die habens nicht nötig! Das die noch ruhig schlafen kann bei dem Bschiss ist mir ein Rätsel! Abzocke! Lassen sich alles teuer bezahlen und wen mal was ist (Garantiefall) beisst man auf Granit!

On 6/10 I ordered a $1,500 jacket for Father’s Day because they advertised/promoted free overnight shipping for Fathers Day, as long as it was ordered before 6/12. The confirmation email said I would receive the jacket on 6/19 so I called Moncler Customer Service to correct the shipping. They said in my area UPS wouldn’t allow overnight deliveries. It’s a county of over 25,000 people and I get overnight shipments all the time from UPS, FEDEX, DHL. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone and just got the runaround. They said “company protocol” was they could do nothing to help me. ORDER CANCELLED they don’t care at all. I’ve been a long term customer but I’m switching Outerwear Brands

Ganz ganz schlechte Qualität und Service. Ich hatte eine Badehose bestellt die nach einmal getragen kaputt gegangen ist . Moncler weigert sich diese zurück zu nehmen und sagt es wäre meine Schuld. Außerdem auch extrem unfreundlich. Ich kaufe nie wieder etwas und rate auch jedem davon ab!

I wore my new coat a handful of times and the "M" on the buckle rubbed off almost completely. I contacted them and was so pleased they were sending me a new buckle.
Fast forward a week (not long at all, I was impressed!) my replacement arrived and I am crying. It isn't even close. I purchased this coat because I loved the belt, and when I told them that I was told this is all they have and they cannot assist further.
Terrible quality, and even more terrible customer service. I will never buy another moncler item.

I've been a customer of Moncler for over 15 years and it's safe to say I won't be buying into their brand again. I have never had any problems with their coats. However, my latest coat I got from them after a couple of years the print is bleeding, so it gets all over my neck and other items I am wearing, so it's unwearable, unless I want to damage the other items I am wearing!

I spoke to customer service (Chiara) and unwilling to help due to the purchase date being over 26 months, as apparently this is their warranty period. When you spend over £1K for a coat on a luxury brand you expect good aftercare. Unfortunately this is not the case at Moncler! The material they have used for the print is not fit for purpose, and clearly causing a defect to the coat.

Do yourself a favour and buy into a a different luxury brand, Louis Vuitton are very good for aftercare!

I will be contacting my credit card company to try and resolve this!

Para ser una marca tan prestigiosa el servicio post venta es pésimo. El plumón de la chaqueta se ha quedado pobre y sin volumen después del único lavado, que se secó extendido y ahuecando cada 15’ como ponía en las especificaciones. Cuando reclamas la incidencia te dicen que la culpa es tuya, que lo habrás secado mal. Y ni siquiera me han pedido la chaqueta para verla. Lo dicho, no están a la altura de otras marcas, y no es barata precisamente.

Unglaublich schlechter Retourenservice. Wie vielen anderen vor mir wurde mir mitgeteilt dass das Paket, welches ich ordnungsgemäß retourniert habe, angeblich leer angekommen ist und sie es bei UPS untersuchen müssen. Falls ich keine positive Rückmeldung erhalte schalte ich definitiv meinen Anwalt ein. Wahnsinn dass so eine hochwertige Marke so eine Betrugsmasche anwendet, ich bin entsetzt.

Habe vor kurzem (November 2024) in der Moncler Boutique Zürich auf der Bahnhofstrasse eine Mütze im Wert von 380.00 CHF gekauft. Am nächsten Tag habe es mir anders überlegt, und die Mütze zurück ins Geschäft gebracht (ohne sie aus der Einkaufstüte auszupacken oder sie zu berühren!)
Boutique hat sich geweigert, das Geld zurückzugeben und stellte mir eine Gutschrift aus. Das war ärgerlich, denn die Ware war neu und nicht ausgepackt. Da es in der Boutique keine Waren gab, die mir passten, geschweige dann von Grössen, da ich L habe, beschloss ich ein T-Shirt online einzukaufen, was mir verweigert wurde! Im Kundendienst meinten sie, die Gutschrift gilt ausschliesslich für die Waren im Geschäft! Was mir natürlich weder beim Kauf noch beim Erstellen von Gutschein mitgeteilt wurde!
Jetzt muss ich zum Anwalt, zum Glück have ich eine Rechtsschutzversicherung und werde natürlich NIE mehr bei Moncler was einkaufen!

Absolutely a SCAM! Sold me a faulty coat and refuse to help or exchange . The coat is falling apart and can not wear !! Within the time frame to return and refused

Ho acquistato uno scarponcino da neve Moncler e, dopo 2 o 3 camminate sulla neve, il tessuto di uno degli scarponcini ha iniziato ad aprirsi. Il difetto dello scarponcino è che il materiale non è adatto alle passeggiate sulla neve, soprattutto in Engadina, dove le temperature possono raggiungere i -15°C, come accaduto a dicembre 2024. È stata privilegiata l’estetica, trascurando la qualità del materiale rispetto alla funzione per cui lo scarponcino dovrebbe essere utilizzato. Il negozio di Londra, dove ho acquistato gli scarponcini, non si è nemmeno degnato di rispondere, mentre il negozio di St. Moritz mi ha risposto sostenendo che il danno fosse causato da elementi esterni. Tuttavia, l'unico elemento esterno su cui gli scarponcini sono stati utilizzati è la neve...
Translation:
I purchased a Moncler snow boot, and after just 2 or 3 walks in the snow, the fabric of one of the boots started to come apart. The issue with the boot is that the material is not suitable for walking in the snow, especially in Engadin, where temperatures can drop to -15°C, as happened in December 2024. Aesthetic appeal was prioritized over the quality of the material, disregarding the function for which the boot should be used.
The London store, where I bought the boots, didn’t even bother to reply, while the St. Moritz store responded by claiming that the damage was caused by external elements. However, the only external element the boots were exposed to was snow...

I took Moncler to small claims court and won. The whole experience was the worst 'customer service' I've ever experienced.

Article acheté chez moncler le 14 janvier et renvoyé le 25/01/25 via UPS!
Boutique à fuir absolument mon colis a été volé.
A ce jour il est toujours en Italie d’après le suivi UPS…
J’ai ouvert une enquête le 1/02 via UPS et moncler et je n’ai toujours pas eu de retour concernant les enquêtes en cours.
Je n’ai ni mon argent ni mon colis en main et ce n’est pas la première fois que j’ai affaire à ce genre de situation
Les jours passent et je ne reçois aucun remboursement de la part du vendeur qui est MONCLER sachant que mon colis a été VOLÉ!
Des escrots pour une marque reconnue mondialement.
DES VOLEURS !!! À FUIR absolument UNE ARNAQUE
Malgré de nombreux appels ET mails ils se dédouanent de toutes responsabilités et ne veulent pas me rembourser, ni me renvoyer un nouvel article!!!!!!!
Une enquête avec des procédures judiciaire a été engagé contre la marque.
Je ne recommande pas du tout ce sont des escrots !!!! C’est honteux! à fuir absolument ce sont des VOLEURS

Je passe un commande d'un montant de 700€ environ mais l'article ne me convient pas donc je décide de renvoyer l'article via UPS.
Jusque-là rien d'anormal...
Les jours passent et je ne reçois toujours pas mon remboursement et en vérifiant le suivi UPS, je m'aperçois que le colis est bloqué en transit. En contactant Moncler, ces derniers m'affirment que le colis a sans doute été perdu et ils décident de lancer une enquête.
Le lendemain du lancement de cette enquête, Moncler m'affirme que l'enquête a été clôturée de manière négative.
Malgré de nombreux mails et appels, Moncler se dédouane de toute responsabilité et me voilà sans mon article et 700€ en moins !!!
PS : ils ne répondent plus à mes mails et me raccrochent au nez au téléphone

This company is absolutely terrible to deal with. They make up excuses to avoid issuing refunds, claiming that a small black envelope was missing from the return—when in reality, there is no proof it was ever in there.

They overcharge for products that aren’t even worth a fraction of what they sell them for, and then when it comes time for a refund, they’ll do anything to keep your money.

Dishonest, deceptive, and outright unethical. Calling them thieves wouldn’t be far off.

Ich habe kürzlich eine Jacke im Moncler-Online-Store bestellt, welche ich wenige Tage später via UPS erhalten habe. Da mir die Jacke gleich nach dem Auspacken nicht gefallen hat und noch dazu nicht richtig gepasst hat, habe ich sie umgehend unbeschädigt mit samt Originalverpackung und intakter Etiketten am gleichen Tag an UPS zwecks Rückversand übergeben. Alles war unbeschädigt, da ich die Jacke in Summe nicht mal 5 Minuten ausgepackt hatte und in dieser Zeit natürlich auch keine Schäden verursacht habe durch eine einmalige Anprobe...

Letzte Woche erhielt ich eine Nachricht vom Moncler-Kundenservice, dass die Jacke angeblich beschädigt ist und die Rücknahme daher nicht akzeptiert und die Jacke wieder an mich zurückgeschickt wird. Da ich mir keinerlei Schuld bewusst und zeitgleich entsetzt war, habe ich gleich beim Kundenservice angerufen und man beharrte auf eine fehlerfreie Qualitätskontrolle und schließt Fehler auf Moncler-Seite aus. Angeblich befindet sich ein Loch im Schulterbereich.

Ich habe schon sehr oft online Kleidung bestellt und teilweise auch retourniert, aber um ehrlich zu sein so etwas ist mir bislang noch nicht passiert. Ich bin felsenfest davon überzeugt, dass ich hier keinen Schaden am Kleidungsstück verursacht habe. Ich habe nun jetzt natürlich das Problem eine € 1680 teure Jacke behalten zu müssen, welche mir initial auch gar nicht gefallen hat (daher auch der sofortige Rückversand) und diese nun beschädigt zu mir zurückkommt.

Da ich einige Moncler Jacken zu Hause habe und immer ein großer Fan der Marke war, bin ich nun sehr enttäuscht, wie so etwas überhaupt sein kann. Ich werde hier natürlich rechtliche Schritte einleiten müssen und werde zusätzlich auch den Europäischen Konsumentenschutz einschalten (da ja das Unternehmen seinen Sitz in Italien hat). So etwas lasse ich mir mit Sicherheit nicht gefallen! So gern ich diese Marke auch immer hatte, werde ich zukünftig keine weiteren Produkte von Moncler kaufen! Das ist eine Prinzipsache!

peggior servizio clienti post vendita. Seguito da un famigerata Marsela (senza cognome o alcun riferimento) mi ha costretto ad inviare 5 volte il file firmato perchè non gli piaceva come compilato. Una follia.

Ordered a hoodie online which arrived with a manufacturing defect. I contacted Moncler customer services to arrange an exchange but they have been absolutely useless with unfriendly uncaring staff who aren’t interested one little bit in helping so I had no option but to return it for a refund in the end and will not be buying Moncler again.

Prøver at gøre det kort og sobert, køber sko til 4400 kr under et år, går de op i limninger osv under 2 år lige til at smide i skraldespanden og passer altid på mit tøj i sær det dyre. Da de ikke er dagligdags ting man bruger
