Worst customer service ever! I tried to return a pair of shoes in accordance with the return policy of the company.. weeks after i received an email stating that the black envelope is missing from the box. The box didn’t have a black envelope inside when i received the box the first time and all the say is we’ll sent the items back with a new return label!

Which leaves us on a catch 22 as even when i return the package again it won’t have a black envelope inside and it was not in the envelope when i received it!

By the way this is NOT as part of your return policy instructions. I demand to see your terms and conditions, which i have requested and no-one has replied to me yet!

I called twice on the chargeable number provided and the line is shit. Your customer service representative was unable to hear me and i have 5G where i was calling - twice. So poor communication/information/customer service and everything!

I ORDERED 2 FLEECE SHIRTS FOR KIDS AS A PRESENT UPS LOST IT .... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO UNHELFUL OR NOT WILLING TO HELP AND IGNORE THEMSELF ON THE PHONE ... THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SEND THE SPARE OF THIS ITEMS BECAUSE SKI SEASON WILL BE ENDING AND I HAVE NOTHING TO GIVE THOSE KIDS .... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .... THEY ARE MANY BRANDS WHICH ARE MUCH CHEAPER AND HAVE A MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE .....

My experience: The jacket I ordered, worth 2,300 euros, had a defect that was immediately confirmed by Moncler.

Funnily enough, the parcel was lost on the way back. We had to wait 6 weeks until anything happened. We asked for the replacement jacket to be sent to us, but this was denied. Absolutely no goodwill from Moncler.

We then decided to not wait for the replacement jacket, but to ask for the refund of our money.
All of a sudden, half a day after we sent this information, we suddenly received an email with the shipping information for the new jacket!

haha, how ironiq!

Since then, I have not received any replies to my emails asking what kind of service understanding this is.

Well, great name, apparently poor products and unbelievably miserable customer service.

We won't be buying here again.

am 30.12.24 hatte ich eine schwarze Mütze bei Moncler gekauft.
Am 07.01.25 habe ich die Mütze in „my flexbox“ für UPS retourniert, weil die Mütze nicht optimal zu meiner Kopfform passte. Meine beige Mütze, einer anderen namehaften Firma, sitzt einfach besser und war auch in Schwarz noch bestellbar.
Leider ist meine Retoure verloren gegangen, ärgerlich.
Marianna von Moncler hat am 15.01.25 eine Untersuchung bei UPS beantragt, um meine Retoure zu lokalisieren, leider ohne Erfolg.
Ich bin froh, dass ich heute am 19.02.25 endlich mein Geld via Paypal zurück erhalten habe.
Zwischendurch hatte ich schon meine Zweifel, ob ich einen Rechtsanwalt beauftragen muss.
Da Moncler mit UPS den Paketdienstleistervertrag hat, war ich der Situation hilflos ausgeliefert und mußte recht geduldig sein.

I have to agree with the disappointed customers here. The quality is far short of the price, I suspect quality dropped as Moncler evolved to a very mass produced brand. The US customer service department is not interested in assisting or feedback, pity. Brands like Canada Goose and Burberry are extraordinary in comparison in both quality and customer service.

Bought a £1500 coat on the end of December for the letters and badge to lift and what is slowly but shortly gonna fall off! Think people have just got 1500 pound to be wasting on high end brands for letters to near be falling off it’s a joke! Been buying off moncler for years and I’ll never ever buy another item from use again. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE, YOU MAYSWELL GO AND USE THE MONEY FOR SOME SEWING LESSONS ON HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN MY 4 YEAR OLDS PVA GLUE WOULD Have STUCK THEM DOWN BETTER !!! EMBARRASSING.

Je comprends mieux les précédents avis et la note globale après avoir essayé de passer commande chez Moncler, après 24 heures ma commande est annulée sans raison. L’avantage c’est que cela me permet d’aller voir chez Canada Goose, les excellents produits garantie à vie et de passer une commande. Merci Moncler ✌🏽

Dreiste lüge das ich mein paket nicht zurückgeschickt habe

Ich bin eine sehr gute Kundin von Moncler, bestelle dort regelmäßig. Jetzt hatte ich den Fall, dass ich meine bestellten Regenstiefel nur ganz kurz probiert hatte, da ich im Schnee andere Schuhe trage. Nach ca 6 Wochen trage ich die Schuhe zum ersten Mal ca 15 Minuten und stellte fest, dass der rechte Stiefel einen Herstellungsfehler hat, die Innenmaße stimmen nicht und der Schuh drückt enorm. Habe einige Schuhe von Moncler und alle passen. Die Kundenbetreuung weigert sich nun, die Stiefel auszutauschen, wo sie gesetzlich zu verpflichtet sind. Ohne Anwalt komme ich wohl nicht weiter. Finde das Verhalten sehr schade!

Ho pagato una spedizione express e loro mi hanno messo una standard, ho scoperto la truffa solo perché il pacco è in ritardo ed ho dovuto chiamare il corriere…altrimenti avrebbero a mia insaputa fatto passare tutto come express.. si prendono i soldi ma programmano spedizioni più economiche:. Vergogna

Hice una compra la cual ya no quise porque llego tarde, ya que iba a ser una chaqueta clasica que iba a ser un regalo para mi pareja, a la cual no le gusto nada y decidimos devolverla, esto fue el dia 2 de este mes, pasados 18 dias le escribo preocupadisma al soporte u me dicen que el problema es de ups y que van a abrir una investigacion que puede durar hasta 25 dias!! indignada, pessimo servicio, no confien en esta tienda online

Qualitaet und Kundenservice ist mangelhaft.
Bei meiner neuen Winterjacke (1900Euro) fehlte ein Knopf. Ich hatte die Jacke online bei moncler.com gekauft un beim ersten tragen musste ich feststellen dass der unterste Knopf fehlt. Moncler weigert sich die Jacke zu tauschen oder zu reparieren, was ich als eine echte Frechheit bei einer ungetragenen Jacke empfinde insbesondere bei einer Luxusmarke.
Der Kundenservice hat zwar immer freundlich (3x) geantwortert aber nur ausgedrueckt, dass sie nicht tun wollen.

Alles ok.
Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen zumindest für die Artikel und den Onlineshop nicht nachvollziehen.

Bestimmt 5 x bestellt.
Versand schnell und einwandfrei.
Retoure (mit online Anmeldung) ohne Probleme (außer daß es über UPS gehen muss, und die sind nicht gerade häufig vertreten). Bearbeitung und Erstattung im üblichen Rahmen.
Kundenservice per Mail auf deutsch kontaktiert, sofortige hilfreiche Antwort.

In diesem Fall sind Winterstiefel und Sneaker (alle Trailgrip) bestellt worden.
Klar, teuer, aber sonst bequem, warm, rutschfest und gute Verarbeitung und größengerecht, sehen jetzt erstmal nicht so aus, als ob sie bald kaputt gehen.

Habe auch Daunenjacken aus einigen jahren. Da könnte es sein, dass die Qualität ein bisschen nachgelassen hat und das Preis- Leistung nicht mehr so richtig stimmt.

Aber zumindest Onlineshop völlig i.O.

Zipper of the Jacket of our daughter for 600€ was broken After 2 years….now waiting since the beginning of november for the repair- told us, that the jacket was given to the post 21th of december. 7th january still not delivered, nobody cares….how many down jackets should a mother have for her Child??

Absolutely appalling customer service. Sent my expensive purchase on the wrong day so I was not at home to receive. Then they delivered it to a shop not even in my area. After calling to the shop to pick up my purchase the box was broken and both security seals were cut open. After not wanting to take the item home I contacted Moncler whilst in the shop and they told me to take it home and open it. To find nothing in the box. These people would not refund me or send another to replace this! Ignored my emails from then on after making complaint still nothing! I think they have a scam going on between them and these so called stores they have them delivered too after already arranging a time and date for me to take receipt at my home address.

Purchased snow boots priced over 800€!
Had to return them as they appeared impossible to be put on.
However NO REFUND WAS OFFERED, as the QR code went missing!!!
Boots untouched! All untouched, but they neede some card with a QR code ??!???!?
So they sent me back the boots and FORCED ME TO HAVE THEM !!!
Unbelievable!!!!
C’mmon guys , what happened with NO QUALITY ASKED RETURN POLICY????
And this is not the first time lousy experience with Moncler…
Terrifying prices with even more terrifying customer service!
