Mondo Growkits レビュー

I have ordered from this company a few times now, and I can’t praise them enough. From ordering to delivery, the service is first class.

Everything perfect, the kit was without any flaws

Really easy to grow
Worked out pretty well on the first try

I honestly can’t recommend Mondo Grow Kits enough. The quality of the kit was excellent, everything arrived clean, well-packaged, and super easy to use even for beginners. The instructions were clear, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making the whole process simple and enjoyable.

A huge thank you as well to Elisa, who provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely passionate about helping customers. It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with such personal support.

If you’re thinking about trying a grow kit, Mondo is absolutely the way to go. Amazing experience from start to finish!

Lots of issues with humidity and air exchange.

GREAT! Awesome product, everything works beautifully, easy to set up, arrived on time and discreetly

Zelo dobri grow kiti! Prav tako je dobra podpora strankam in pa posebej moram pohvaliti paketno dostavo, ki je bila res diskretna in hitra.

Funktioniert immer alles schnell und reibungslos! Echt Top

Products and customer service are always great from Mondo, I have been using them for many years and have never been disappointed

Amazing!
Fast and discreet delivery

Extremely friendly customer service and they helped me a lot with my journey of cultivating mushrooms and the deliver is extremely fast and the mushrooms are AMAZING

This company is terrible, showed them clear signs of bacterial contamination numerous times , Now making any excuse to not send replacement or sort the issue in any way at all, There’s always (Zamnesia)…. This company’s not worth the hassle unless your buying small boxes that come perfect but large not so much….

Quick and efficient delivery and service

No issues - very legitimate and good supplier.
My first set of grow kits did result in very deformed "blob" mushrooms but my growing conditions were far from ideal. I have tried a few different strains and my recent order of the Amazonian growkit fruited perfectly for the first flush, the second not so much and just starting the 3rd. Legit company though, products always arrive.

I ordered five different kits where three went out absolutely great. Those two, that I had trouble with were replaced by Mondo without any problems and free of charge.
I have to say that the customer support was very fast replying, very kind and very supportive. Also the shipping went quite fast. All in all it's a 5/5 and I definitely will buy there again! Thank you guys!!

while there were several issues with the payment and getting a payment confirmation (due to it being international and via bank transfer) the customer service was great. quick to reply, friendly and very helpful. and once everything went through the package arrived quicker than i expected. it was very discreetly packed and everything looked very proffesional. the product is great as well and while the mushrooms havnt started growing yet i havnt done everything perfect and still there are little white nubs forming within 48 hours
(love goes out to elisa, by far the friendliest and best customer service i ever had by any company)

edit: the mushrooms are growing very well even in non perfect conditions as my room is often too cold and falls to 19C°. hoping for a good and quick harvest
(even if everything goes bad now i still had alot of fun growing these, they give me something to look forward to and distract me)

Good quality, helpfull staff

great customer support and great products

Best customer service I've ever had off a company. Elisa was fantastic. Had a problem with the delivery but Elisa sorted it out straight away. 10/10.
