Great shopping experience. Delivery was very fast for such a distance and pricewise im happy too. shrooms grew nicely and effects were subtle but dosage dependant can be high too.

Bin sehr zufrieden
Bin sehr zufrieden, mein erster Versuch mit Growkits zu züchten.
Alle 3 Sorten sind super gewachsen und jeweils 20 - 30 g frisch bei der ersten Ernte.
Mal sehen was noch wächst.
Sehr gerne wieder dann wahrscheinlich mit denMittleren oder den großen Growkits.
Danke😊

Hi Paul,
I am very sorry to hear that! I can assure you that this problem can be solved. What you can do is poke some holes in the substrate with fork. If you do this step make sure do do it very sterile and desinfected as well. This way the kit will be able to soak up the water and you can start the growing process.
If you have any further questions contact us trough chat or email.

excellent customer service!
This was my 1st order with Mondo and I had a small problem with 1 of 3 grow kits ordered. Their customer service rep responded quickly to my email, addressed my issue and sent out a new kit the following day! They didn't have to do this but it's how a good company handles business, and because of it they now have a loyal customer. I would definitely recommend Mondo! Customer service is great as well as the product!
