From the first phone call James put me at ease and explained clearly my options. The process was faster than I thought it would be, easier than I thought it would be and gave me peace of mind. Any questions i had going forward,however small,were treated genuinely and with respect. I recommend these guys highly to anyone finding themselves in a financial situation that needs addressing, and don't worry they really don't bite

Spoke to Paul with in a few minutes of filling out the form I managed to speak to Paul and managed to explain my situation with ease and with a genuine conversation we went through it all and what was best for me and for myself looking like last hope and a win win just waiting on final meeting to be stress free

I have had a really good experience with these guys. They have helped me so much. Any query I have had they have answered and always managed to speak to someone. Was dealt with very quickly and made my life so much easier. Would 100% recommend to anyone that needs help

My partner started the process of an IVA to give us a bit of leeway with our finances. We decided before signing the final document that it’s not the right option for us at the moment and sent a message to cancel. She then received a call from James asking why she cancelled, he was pushy and told her how they had spent a lot of time on her case and insinuated that she was making a mistake and not helping her situation by cancelling. She ended the call quite upset and distressed as she felt she was being made to feel guilty for wasting their time and that he was saying she’s making a bad choice.

Thinking that was the end of the matter, a few days pass and she receives a call from (I think) Matthew to finalise the closure. He asked again why she was cancelling and started to ask further questions, she advised she didn’t want to discuss it any further and that James had upset her previously to be met with a half hearted apology “if” she got upset the other day and that James was only concerned something had been processed incorrectly.

I understand that these people have a job to do but we also have a right to cancel before actually putting anything I place.

Money help and the advisors are absolutely excellent and a great help. I felt so comfortable talking to staff and even at embarrassing times due to my situation they assured me there was nothing to be ashamed about which helped me a lot. I really do rate money help and anybody in the same financial situation as I’m in. Please talk to them, a whole load of weight has been lifted off my shoulders just from talking to money help. Very grateful

This is a cracking company to help you with your money problems I have been very well looked after the guys who have been looking after me are top notch very professional accommodating very very knowledgeable about what I needed to do to go forward with my life and not have to worry about finances brilliant ten out ten definitely recommend to all who are in the same situation 👍

I had been putting off this call for a while but I needn't have worried and stressed for so long! James Baker and John (can't remember surname!) went the extra mile to help me, kept me informed and probably most importantly to me, they were personable! Cant thank them enough!!

I'd just like to say that the people who have helped me, Paul and John have been brilliant, iv never had to source financial help before and to be honest was quite scared of the outcome. But talking to Paul and John made me realise I had nothing to worry about as the help me deal with my issues fast with all the support I need. After ringing a few other companies and getting nowhere we were thinking we would never get the help we needed.

5 Stars .. Dreaded making the online inquiry. Had lost of emails phone calls for me it was too much and caused more stress in a already stressful situation.
I went through with Paul and John as i got sent a un-intrusive WhatsApp message .
Step by step chat . Full information and very quick response with any questions or information .
Kept up to date and also understanding.
Gave 5 stars and its well earned .you only deal with 2 people which again helped NO hanging about or sending emails to or trying to get hold of the person you originally spoke too . Also all my possible options had been explained.

Paul made it all straight forward and my situation was soon ‘sorted’. A follow up call, and the same ‘after-sales’ service confirms I made the right choice.

For the last few months my debt was getting bigger and bigger and it was out if it control. After looking round for help I decided to call moneyhelp.
