2 dagen geleden bestelling geplaatst en betaald! Nog steeds geen bevestiging. En als ik op mijn account kijk, zie ik geen orden geplaatst. Dus weg geld!

J’ai payé pour un livraison direct chez moi, le livreur prétend que je n’étais pas là (j’y étais) et donc l’a livré au point relais. J’ai contacté le support et c’était terrible, ils m’ont dit qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire pour moi, je peux laisser le colis et il sera retourné et je serai remboursée pour toute la commande (ce qui n’est PAS mon souci) et puis ils ont déconnecté sans attendre ma réponse. À fuir.

Jeg har også haft utroligt svært ved at få returneret mit online køb, bl.a. grundet manglende retur label, kunne ikke returnerer i fysisk butik eller lign. Desuden er det svært at gennemskue hvem og hvordan man skal kontakte kundeservice. Jeg har prøvet at ringe til et nummer som stod på hjemmesiden og etc. Men nummeret melder ikke eksisterende. Jeg har for to uger siden returneret i en Budbee boks men har ikke hørt tilbage eller fået returneret mine penge.Denne oplevelse gør at jeg ikke har tænkt mig at købe noget fra monki igen og ville da ønske jeg havde læst trustpilot inden min bestilling af online vare. Jeg har endvidere også prøvet at skrive til dem på Facebook og heller ikke noget resultat.

Vreselijk bedrijf! 2x iets proberen te bestellen. 2x niets aangekomen. De eerste keer weken achteraan gezeten en van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Uiteindelijk toch mijn geld terug gekregen. Deze (2e) keer niets terug ontvangen. Bestel niet bij Monki!!!

Billig stoff, dårlig satt sammen og størrelsene stemmer ikke i det hele tatt. Kjøpt en jakke i str. XL. Kragen var så enormt det så ut som en del av an halloween kjempe kostyme.

Elendig service. Det har været meget svært at returnere fejlbehæftede jeans. Lang ekspeditionstid og yderst svært at få refunderet købsprisen - havde næsten opgivet at få mine penge retur! Køber aldrig der igen!

Skapar en “inkluderande” varumärkesprofil, säljer relevant mode i större storlekar för att sedan ta bort det helt. Kommer aldrig handla på Monki igen, och kommer aktivt uppmana andra att inte göra det heller.

Without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give less that one star I would. Originally ordered an item with next day delivery. The item was late, still haven’t received the refunded NDD. Tried to cancel the order, Monki wouldn’t cancel. When it arrived it was USED, filthy dirty and bobbled. Monki offered me 20% off as it was used. I declined and asked for a full refund.
Monki arranged for the item to be collected, I waited in all day and the item wasn’t collected. In short, I have a used item I still can’t return.
Monki are thieves and obtain money under false pretences.
This had now been going on for over 2 weeks with absolutely no sign of resolve.

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with.
My advice would be to avoid using Monki at all costs; unless of course you want to give your money away.

I was promised the item will be delivered on the 7th, instead received an email saying item has been delayed. I wish I had checked the reviews before making a purchase. Customer service and live chat are not helpful. I was happy to pay extra for a quick delivery however they said can't do it now as is too late. How annoying!

De kleren zijn goed en leuk, maar die heb ik vaak tweedehands gehaald. De website van Monki is niks. 2 keer iets proberen te bestellen, beide keren bestelling niet doorgekomen en dan moet je weer wachten tot je geld terug is (ging de eerste keer vlot, de tweede keer wacht ik nog op, duurt erg lang). Ik denk niet dat ik nog een poging tot bestellen ga doen, jammer.

Just received my soft wide-leg trousers from Monki. I absolutely love their quality and they fit perfectly!!!

Beställde varor som skulle levererats 27 februari till ett skåp, Instabox. Samma dag som paketet skulle ha levererats får jag ett sms från Instabox som säger att de returnerat paketet pga det är för stort för deras boxar. Enligt dom har Monki inte uppgett rätt mått på paketet när de bokat leveransen.

När jag tar kontakt med Monki och undrar hur de ska lösa det här, när paketet kommer att levereras, så ber de bara om ursäkt och säger att jag då behöver lägga en ny order. Det är inte benägna att hjälpa mig med att paketet skickas igen även om de är de som har missat mot Instabox. Tänker inte beställa därifrån igen!

Credit where credit is due. I ordered a pair of trousers, love them and they fit perfectly. Price was good and delivery was prompt. It’s such a shame that this company has such bad reviews. So I thought I would share my experience with folk so to not discourage anyone to purchase on this site. All in all, I am extremely satisfied 😊

I read the bad reviews on here but decided to take a chance on them anyway, because the coat I wanted was cute. I wish I hadn’t.
I need the coat for a trip I’m taking, but was concerned about all the reviews talking about delivery times. I got in touch with the customer service team through the chat function of the site and explained my situation, and that i’d seen their bad reviews and was hesitant to order, and the member of staff assured me that my item would arrive on time if I paid for the express delivery option, which advertised 1-2 days delivery time. Obviously the item did not arrive. It still hasn’t even left the warehouse. They cannot give me an estimate as to when it will leave the warehouse. Suddenly the warehouse is ‘extremely busy’, so they don’t know when my item will be dispatched, again, despite the 1-2 day delivery timeframe. If they knew it was so busy they should have informed me, when I specifically asked them if the item would arrive on time, or whether they were too busy.
I have been in touch with the customer service team, and they no longer care- they will not cancel the order, despite the item having not even left the warehouse on all tracking info proved. They will not refund me, and keep telling me to wait, despite the fact I needed the coat for a certain date. This has been a really disappointing experience, and I wish the customer service representative would have saved me the hassle and been honest, letting me know that the timeframe I needed was not possible.
Now I am out of pocket before my trip, and will have to look at buying a coat from somewhere more reliable.

I wish that I had read these reviews before I bought from Monki.com. I’m currently tearing my hair out at how bad their communication is and how useless their customer service is and I could’ve saved myself the trouble if I’d checked reviews first. Gutted.
I stupidly bought two coats (I wanted to compare sizes) but the style/quality is not what I wanted so I have returned them both.

I wish I had returned them to a shop and gotten my refund there and then, but no I thought returning them via the post would be just fine. Big mistake. I don’t know where the coats are. I have not received any emails with any updates, so I have no proof. I’ve spoken to Monki twice and they do not know anything then “they are in transit”. In transit, where??

It’s already been a week with no update, it’s 2024 - there is such a thing as tracking technology that companies use!! Other companies would’ve sent a confirmation, “your return is winging its way back to us” email by now. It’s super frustrating.

On top of which, their phone staff read from a script and repeat the same generic response over and over. Not helpful at all.
I have been told to give it another week and if I haven’t heard anything/received my refund, I have to call up again and they will manually refund my money. Apparently. I have no confidence but let’s see.

Either way, I will not be buying from them again. Being in the same family as H&M, I thought they would be reliable but I was wrong.

Niet aan te raden om hier te bestellen, slechte afhandeling van retouren.
Gelukkig geeft H&M wel hele goede service, en heeft nadat ik hen de track en trace had gestuurd, direct de retour geaccepteerd..

I like Monki's clothes usually, though the sizes are unpredictable. I placed an order and received an email later to say the order is delayed. Went on the live chat to request the order is cancelled and to be refunded, and the agent, Lance, said they couldn't do this. They couldn't give me a dispatch timescale. I wanted to raise a complaint and I asked repeatedly to have my query escalated and they refused! Never have I ever had such an experience, where I repeatedly asked for an action to be carried out and customer service have not accommodated this. Absolutely shocking. I'll be raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back because this was ridiculous.

Ik had een jas besteld. DHL is bij de eerste bezorgpoging niet komen opdagen en dag erna precies hetzelfde na twee bezorgpogingen gaat het rechstreeks retour. Dus nu heb ik geen pakket en kan ik 14 dagen wachten tot de retour is verwerkt. Klantenservice kon geen vervangend pakket opsturen in de tussentijd.
